If I could I would give 0 starts. Me and my partner contacted the Peterborough office to arrange a viewing and twice someone took our details and never called us back. The next time we called we were promised to receive an email with additional details of the property and their fees. No contact again. After another phone call from ourselves they advised that this property is no longer available as someone else just agreed the letting terms... very unprofessional as we have contacted them before they signed the contract with the other party. What a waste of time this agency is .... they should keep their listings up to date when let is agreed and advise customers in advance. Anyway we have another 2 veiwings with an agency that actually cares for its customers....

Wish I could put zero star over here. They are terrible, very unfriendly and proper ripp off. Told me to cancel standing order as found a new tenant for the property and when the time come to give me my deposit back, they said you still have to pay another month rent and found other excuses of cleaning etc and didn’t give me a penny back. I have made a complaint to regulated bodies. BEWARE
