Liars, thieves, and impolite and arrogant on top of that. Quick to take money, slow to return what doesnt belong to them. Especially that so called manager, who after taking money for imaginary re-referencing was so arrogant to tell me that she decides what will happen with my complaint. In the end, they had to return this money, but this kind of behaviour and attitude is just disgusting. You should be ashamed. Zero stars would be too much for this agency.

Moved in to a house in disgusting condition. Took days of stress to get to a clean and habitable condition (with all hassle of moving and heavily pregnant). Many issues with property since then which are ignored for ages. Have to give constant reminders for them to come around and do anything (over a year for some repairs so far). They were very swift with the tenancy renewal and getting their fees though....funny that...

Crucks and scammers NOT RECOMMENDED. They made up fees As They stood for this for that. ANY of them included in our contract or even on their website. Stay away from them if you wish to have less stressful life. Those 5 stares reviews dont get fooled. Managers and staff write them to keep * Higher!

Poor company would have given 0 stars. Optimum seem to be useless at giving deposits back after agreement. Everytime we contact them its a different story. How can a company be so arrogent in giving your own money back save yourself the trouble guys and rent elswhere!!
