There has been no occasion to be disappointed and every reason to be delighted with the service. Kristian and his team appear to pre-empt obstacles, presenting me with solutions if/when they crop up. Payment has been on-time and reliable for all this time. And my eventual sale was navigated expertly.
I am sad that I have no reason to support this business any longer. I encourage others to do so.

GoogleFull of there own self importance very arrogant need to really humble thereselves and remember where they came from quick enough to take your deposit although not willing to address repair's on going for a year but would still charge me £600 rent.
Absolute shambles of a company overcharged rent on low standard properties, Carl who does the inspection makes you feel so uncomfortable when he would come round to to do them.
No personality whatsoever and no professionalism,
There quick enough to take your money and not to fix issues.
I lost my job due to closure so I was getting assisted with universal credit And they looked down on me so much and degraded me massively the way they would talk to me was disgusting but when I was paying it myself i was the best thing ever
Very very judgemental firm. Unprofessional , Kristian is also full of his own self importance.

We don’t usually reply publicly to reviews, but do feel the need to contest this particular review. All of our tenants are treated respectfully, particularly those that afford us the same courtesy. We work very hard with both landlord and tenant clients to ensure that people have safe, warm and well maintained homes. We cannot be responsible if tenants do not allow contractors access to conduct requested maintenance. Unfortunately there will be occasions where disgruntled tenants, who did not look after their property well throughout tenancy, are unhappy with valid claims made by the landlord at the end of tenancy. We continue to work hard to provide a professional and friendly service to all of our stakeholders.

GoogleOptimum Lettings & Property Management is the only top and the best agency in the UK and no other agency is even comparable. I been working with wonderful Agent Lisa, she is very knowledgable and has hands on the property which she deals with. I really love the every step of the process where she gives proper information, regular follow ups. This makes any one comfortable as to what stage the application is. Optimum Lettings’ negligent practices nearly cost me my £2450 deposit. As a military family, we were shocked by the property’s filthy move-in condition: reeking odors, disgusting marks on walls, dirty kitchen, embedded carpet stains from a prior tenant’s two large dogs, and broken fixtures (e.g., four broken toilet seats, cracked freezer doors). The attached photos are a small glimpse of the property’s condition upon move-in - UNACCEPTABLE. Luckily, my Move-In Report, with hundreds of photos, documented this squalor, contradicting their vague “good condition” inventory with low-quality images. Their 152-page move-out report obsessively nitpicked every detail to justify exorbitant claims.
Optimum ignored repair requests for toilet seats and freezer doors, forcing me to replace four toilet seats out of pocket, with no reimbursement. Additionally, I waited an entire year for freezer door replacements that never came. Their £25 monthly pet fee, charged just to allow my dog (pure money grab, especially considering the previous tenant had dogs and weren't charged pet rent), did nothing to address the property’s state, as they failed to clean the 15-year-old carpets after the prior tenant. I professionally cleaned the carpets per their pet addendum, yet they backed my landlord's demand of £3217.70 for full carpet replacement as well as additional cleaning and redecoration issues my Move-In Report proved pre-existing. The Military Housing Office confirmed minimal liability, endorsing my £200 carpet offer as fair. Optimum’s failure to prepare the property for my tenancy and their refusal to engage with my evidence during landlord mediation, led to baseless/inflated claims and a tedious dispute process that could have been prevented. I finally received my deposit three months after moving out when the TDS ruled in my favor, awarding £2090 of my deposit. I experienced Optimum’s unacceptable practices and negligence first-hand and HIGHLY recommend you AVOID Optimum Lettings to protect your deposit and sanity!!! Don’t waste your time dealing with this outfit! You deserve better!

I found them to be a great letting agency all the way through the Tenancy.
We usually dealt with Carl, one of the property managers, who I always found to be helpful, informative and responsive to any emails and phone calls.
Whislt we had very few issues during our time in the property, any concerns we had were dealt with very quickly.
Carl was of great support when our tenancy came to a close, allowing quick and clear communication links with the landlord.

It’s a shame that the reviewer has chosen to post this, when they are well informed that the invoices in question were misdirected by a contractor whose system had set up to send them to the property rather than to our office. When we became aware we asked the contractor to send to us and the issue was resolved. The tenants were made aware of this via email, and the problem was resolved as soon as we received the invoices in question.

GoogleSome of their contractors are good at lying and making accusations after failing to perform adequately.
Current business manager is rather helpful when it comes to resolving problems.
Fortunately and unfortunately we have only dealt with one of their agents called Carl.
I must say that he is very reluctant when it comes to dealing with repairs, but very keen on blaming tenants, structures and whatever else in order to avoid any disturbances or repairs, but still does his job when cornered.
