Direct reviewsIf you're thinking of selling your house you will not get any better estate agent than Newton Fallowell, Werrington. All of the lovely ladies who works there were really honest and helpful, reassuring me when I encountered one or two stressful moments with the sale of my house. I always felt that I was in safe hands and that nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely worthy of 5 stars. Thank you ladies for all of your help along the way.

GoogleExtremely pleased with service experienced by the Werrington Newton Fallowell team, two members of staff in particular who went above and beyond their remit to ensure the sale/purchase of the house was as smooth and efficient as possible. Very patient, reassuring and supportive throughout which essentially saved money and allowed me to get in before Christmas, all during a this period of uncertainty - 2020. My requirements were listened to and respected. They kept me well informed throughout the process and answered all queries promptly. Was able to arrange multiple viewings with ease. GoogleI saw many estate agents when we decided it was time to move house and there was no doubt in my mind when I first met Nicola and Vicki that I was going to chose them. They were the only ones who were not pushy at all. This was the first time we had to sell and buy and when we started the process I had no idea how to do it. They explained everything and answered all our questions no matter how simple or complicated they were. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made what is a very stressful process as easy as possible and I can't thank them enough.

GoogleSo a new estate agent Yeh they are all the same arnt they ?? Well nope they can be different fun friendly and with a wealth of knowledge they guided us through a tricky sale involving a probate issue. The ladies were helpful from first contact to a final Thank you. They seam to understand that it's a two way thing where we pay for a service and they provide it to the best of there ability and get the results we all need. Would recommend you talk to them first and they will do there best, what more can you ask for. Thanks ladies

FacebookThese ladies have guided impartially through a truicky sale involving a property that had a probate issue. We felt comfortable with speaking to Nicola about the ins and outs of the situation and felt her team were the ones to push forward and get a sale that suited us all.i feel we chose the right people altho the werrington branch was a new entity they installed confidence in us thus we went with them over some much more well known companies. I wish them well in the future and hope others will give them the chance to prove themselves.

GoogleCouldn’t fault Sean during the process of purchasing. Kept in touch enough but not too much. Friendly and easy to deal with. Communication via phone and email was great. When problems cropped up, he wasn’t fazed! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
