GoogleDealing with estate agents is never a joyful task and while trying to find a property for my parents we have dealt with a few. Craig and Sara at Mandairs have made the process of viewing, offering an securing a property very easy. They called when they said they would, their communication through the whole process has been transparent and they have been a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Mandairs to anyone looking to sell in their area.

GoogleMandairs are by far the best estate agents I have dealt with. The purchase went through smoothly with Sara ironing out any issues as they arose. They are 100% honest and upfront with you. They keep you up to date throughout the whole process and always have the time to explain the current status of the purchase to you. Every member of the team is polite, professional and knowledgeable. They made this the smoothest purchase I have completed. Mandairs are the only estate agent I would use in the future. Well done all of you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMandairs are exactly how Estate Agents should be, but rarely are. They are honest, always helpful, and the communication is excellent. We had difficulties with our chain for weeks and Sara managed this to the extent that if we didn’t have her I think it would have collapsed. We always felt as though everybody wanted to help us, work with us and that we were getting professional, helpful and outstanding service. Truly a brilliant Estate Agent and I would absolutely recommend them if you want to sell your home.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI was very impressed with Mandairs and would definitely recommend them. Sara in particular was very helpful. She said she would be there on the end of the phone throughout the whole process of selling following a bereavement. She was true to her word and, in fact, all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

GoogleMandairs Estate Agency truly stands out with their exceptional service. After encountering numerous issues with a previous estate agent, Mandairs proved to be a refreshing change. The staff's friendliness and dedication in addressing all my needs made the experience highly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Mandairs for their top-notch service.

GoogleI used Mandairs to help with the sale of my property which they did excellently. I’d use them again and also recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property with ease. Paul and his friendly team managed the whole process professionally from start to finish which meant we could relax knowing that we would get pre-qualified buyers through the door and would only have to do any work when it came to negotiations. I was also impressed with how quick Mandairs managed to find us a buyer. We previously wasted 12 weeks with another estate agent who failed to get anywhere close to what Mandairs achieved in less than 6 weeks. All-in-all our house was marketed to the right potential buyers, we received many viewings, had two offers on the house during the same week and managed to sell for 98% of the asking price. I couldn’t ask for anything better than that. Awesome estate agents!

GoogleFrom my initial phone call with Sara in the office I felt comfortable and under no pressure, which is refreshing. She was friendly and well informed and efficiently arranged the valuation of my property. On meeting Craig, we felt at ease, he is well versed on the current market and provided a lot of professional knowledge and advice to help us come to a conclusion on what is best for us. He was not at all pushy (unlike the more corporate estate agents) which made me feel at ease and proved that customer service really is at the top of Mandairs priority list. Although my decision is to stay put for a while, I know that Mandairs will be the agent I will choose in the future.

GoogleI recently picked Mandairs as my letting agent after meeting with several estate agents in the area. As an independent agent, they are well respected in the area through their honesty, trustworthiness and reliability - which large corporate agents can't always offer. Ben, Craig and Paul have been a pleasure to work with so far and have made my first experience f being a landlord very smooth, and to some degree, even enjoyable.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFantastic service from the whole team at Mandairs Estate agents. Sara and Craig in particular really went above and beyond and I can’t recommend enough. We had a few issues with delays in our chain and they really pulled out all the stops to move everyone along so we could get completed on time. Such a friendly team with quick and great communication. You won’t regret it.PositiveProfessionalism
