We got approval to rent a house with a system that was not working properly and we got an e-mail on Saturday for the necessary documents and we sent all the necessary documents on Monday but they called us on Tuesday and said it was rented to someone else. They are not professional at all and they victimize people so we told my landlord that we will move out but there is no house we can move into right now. Stop victimizing people like this please work more professionally and properly.

*Mandairs Estate Agent* The team have been a tower of strength for my husband and myself holding our hand all the way through one of the most stressful and unknown time in our lives. We have been confused unsure and some what apprehensive at times, as to whether we were doing the right thing but with the teams kind words and help they placed us straight back onto our Future path. Sara & Lauren have been absolutely Ace from start to finish. Nothing has been to much, always on the other end of the phone when we needed help or reassurance. I worked for Mandairs for years and it was one of, if not the best workplace I have ever worked for. The property consultants that work there truly care and go above and beyond to give any client the best possible experience while completing their all important move. From rentals to sales I can guarantee you will not be disappointed with the service provided. I moved house a couple months ago and couldn’t recommend Paul, his staff and Mandairs as a whole, enough. From day 1 of ringing up and getting someone out to value it, through to valuation, getting to market and selling, the team were amazing Craig at Mandairs was friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and extremely helpful in everything needed. As a first time seller, I was nervous and didn’t understand the process but Craig was great. Mandairs have been nothing but fantastic whilst we were selling and buying. We employed them as our original estate agents were not living up to expectation, and we only wish we had gone to them in the first place. In selling our property they were very professional and always on the ball, we got more viewings from them in one week then we did with the original estate agents over a few months. We had several offers and managed to secure asking price. They were very approachable everytime we liaised with them and kept us fully up to date. We also purchased through them, and although there were some stumbling blocks along the way they took away some of the stresses and went over and above our expectations. We also employed the solictors and removals they recommended and were delighted with the service we receieved from each of them. We cannot thank them enough (especially Craig and Sara) for all they have done throughout the process and we would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
