GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from Keith and the team at Haart. We did our mortgage application on Wednesday and the mortgage offer was out on the Friday! As first time buyers Keith has made our house buying process very easy, he has been invaluble to us and would highly recommend him. Outstanding service from the whole team from start to finish.

GoogleMy experience with this agency for property management has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been trying to get the fences around the property repaired for seven long months, but it seems like my calls and concerns have fallen on deaf ears. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, both from my end and my neighbors, we have received nothing but empty promises and delays. Every time we reach out, we are told to expect a call back the following week, but that call never comes, and the issue remains unresolved. This lack of action and disregard for tenant concerns is completely unacceptable. As a renter, I expect a certain level of care and responsibility from the property management, but unfortunately, this agency has failed miserably in providing even the most basic maintenance services. Living with broken fences not only poses a safety hazard but also makes the overall living experience unpleasant and stressful. It's disheartening to see an agency treat its tenants with such negligence and indifference. I strongly advise anyone looking to rent to steer clear of this agency. Their terrible property management and lack of responsiveness have caused immense frustration and inconvenience for myself and my neighbors. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and responsible agency for your housing needs.

GoogleFantastic service provided by Amy at Peterborough branch and all staff in general here, special say for Amy who from the moment spoke with through to completion of rental of property we are renting via Haart was informative, efficient and always so friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever a problem when I have queried anything and always responded to within the same day if not within an hour or two. My complete recommendations to use Haart and Amy if wish to rent a property from Haart or rent your own property out through Haart.
