Highly recommended! Extremely happy with Connells as letting agent, in particular Yasmin who has done a fantastic job in securing a perfect two bed flat for rent for me. From the first point of contact she’s been super professional, efficient and very approachable, so that the dreaded flat-hunt was really just a breeze. I also really appreciated how accommodating she was with arranging video call and viewing at short notice as I had a fair distance to travel to get there. She addressed all my questions and concerns quickly and proficiently, got updates and documents out quickly, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with; I felt in a safe pair of hands. And if it hadn’t been for Yasmin it probably wouldn’t have been such a pleasantly swift and efficient process. Thank you! Would use Connells services again any time. 😊

I honestly can’t thank Jamie enough. He’s been outstanding from the moment he started dealing with our sale. He regularly made contact with us, keeping us well informed as the sale progressed and chased all involved to keep things moving smoothly. He always was so helpful and personable but also professional. Also a huge thank you to Steve for sorting out the mortgage and insurances. He compeltely lifted a weight when I had no idea what was going on. Again, always there to deal with the situation when needed and happy to arrange last minute appointments for us. Very grateful to have received so much help from both Jamie and Steve. A very friendly team at Connells. Whoever answered the call or dealt with something, whilst Jamie was off, was friendly, quick and efficient. They help to make a stressful process that little bit less stressful. Of the estate agents we met to value and potentially market our property, Connells provided by far the most realistic valuation. The agent overseeing the marketing of our property was Jamie Roberts. We cannot praise Jamie highly enough. Jamie has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, providing insight and reassurance. He displayed those qualities not only when showing viewers around our property, working to obtain feedback, but also since the offer to purchase our house was made. I would recommend Connels for selling your home, I recently exchanged and Jamie from Connels has been with me every step of the way. He did all my viewings whilst I stayed outside with my dogs, then he would stay and feedback to me afterwards. He was always a phone call away, calling regularly to provide me updates with the progress of the sale and keeping me informed. It was nice always working with the same person and it helped to form that rapport. When my first buyers fell out the chain, Jamie and his team worked hard to quickly find me a new buyer and get the chain moving again. The fact Jamie is easy to talk to and down to earth helped a lot to keep my mind at ease during what can be a stressful time. Selling your home is a massive task, thank you Connels for doing what you could to make it easier on me! I also used the solicitors Connels recommended and they have been really lovely too.

I highly recommend working with CALLUM at Connells in the Peterborough branch. I first contacted Connells in March 2025 about a property I was interested in, and from the initial viewing all the way through to completion in October 2025, Callum handled the process. Throughout the entire journey, Callum maintained consistent communication and was extremely proactive , especially when things slowed down and the deal nearly fell through due to issues in the upward chain. Because of Callum’s effort, we were able to stay aligned, coordinate the necessary paperwork on time, avoid unnecessary delays, and deal with unforeseen issues quickly. In the end, the purchase successfully completed within seven months. I’m very grateful for Callum’s hard work, and I’m now happily settled in my new home. If you want to deal with someone who is SERIOUS about their job, communicates well, and actually delivers on their word, I would strongly recommend working with Callum.

We had such am amazing first experince buying our first home with Connells. The amazing Jamie Roberts was always only a phone call away to help is with any information or help. We couldn't of asked for a better estate agent. He helped us find our dream house and did it with such ease. I would highly recommend connells and Jamie himself. From the first time we viewed the house Jamie was excellent with his knowledge and finding out any additional information we needed. He worked tirelessly every day to make sure we were updated and felt comfortable with the house. He never put any pressure on us, and was always a smiling friend to help us along the way. When we had hard moments with paperwork or the process He was always there to help us. It's very emotional that we won't be seeing Jamie now but we know if we ever need any help or assistance we can call him. I have had the misfortune to experience Connells both as a buyer and through a valuation request. In buying a house the 'agent' forgot his keys, leaving us stranded several miles from public or local transport. He'd moved onto anotyer buyer. In them being passed on to them via zoopla in trying to value our home I received 8 telephone calls, and was signed up to numbered email 'services'. What an utter shambles.No manners, no accumen, no integrity. Avoid like the plague.
