Don't get involved with Connells, Natalie Mallard, the worse Manager I ever meet, they will do everything to take off your deposit. It's a nightmare.

FacebookPoor house description and photos, everyone that viewed said they were surprised by what they saw as the marketing did not do it justice.. We then had to pay for the marketing pack even though they did not sell.... I personally would not use them again..

Inept.Did not check the electric meter"due to COVID".Not good enough.The electric meter is dangerous.Also did not tell me about damp .Everything says get a professional trades person to check.Clearly this company is in no way professional.Total waste of money.

GoogleI found the team at the branch very easy to contact when required. Communication was clear and timely. I had some difficulties getting a gas safety engineer to survey the property where I think Connells could have been more helpful but overall a good experience.

Rude customer service, inflexible, they'll only book an appointment the night before and will only call between the hours of 8-2. So difficult to deal with. If I were you I'd find a company that is much easier to do business with.

100% agree. They have got 2 people to see my property in 2 months and now I can’t actually sell and they will not take it off line. What’s the point of having it sat on there when no one will be able to view. They lie and as you say their tactics are unprofessional. Their area manager Adam Smith was meant to call me but never has done! So unprofessional!!

As a house buyer i would never advise anyone to sell through Connells. I have enquired about three diferent properties with three different branches. Each time there was no one available from the sales team, left my details and was never called back. Absolute waste of time.

A company that is not trustworthy, I have a problem with the recovery of the deposit, despite the fulfillment of all conditions of the contract, Connells avoids the return of the deposit unless it is necessary to visit a lawyer.Stay alert when interacting with Connells.

Connell lettings are useless.. They only care about their interests and have no regard or respect for tenants. I live in a lovely house but most of the maintenance issues are sort3d directly with my landlords . Connels Complete basket case who ignore letters and correspondence

Cancelled valuation appointment 2 hours before pre-arranged time, by email. Called to ask why the appointment had been cancelled, apparently it was the responsibility of another office to contact us, they didn't. Complete waste of time.Don't even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely shocking. DO NOT USE CONNELLS. Nobody can get hold of them for updates. They recommend solicitors who are without doubt the worst in the business, guessing they get a significant commission for the recommendation. Use at your peril.

poor customer service as local branch staff (colchester) does not even make any effort to ratify their mistake which has caused the landlord not receiving her rent for 5 months. Very inconsiderable and unprofessional, not worth for the fee that they are charging
