GoogleRespectful, responsive customer service from Dan and Ellie through out the process of renting .Compared to other poor and discriminatory services from other housing agencies in Peterborough, Belvoir is way better and I recommend them.

GoogleWe are long term landlords who have been with Belvoir (Peterborough) for 11 years. In the last couple of years our properties have been managed by Grace Fox. Grace is extremely easy to work with and is always very responsive to any requests from us as landlords. She is very active in managing the day to day running of our properties and proactively seeks solutions to problems. Grace is also very good at flexibly managing her time and will change her schedule when urgent priority issues arrise. We both greatly value Grace's efforts to provide us an effective managed letting service and look forward to continued involvement with Grace in the future.

The brochure answered all my questions, there were no surprises or hidden costs. I was kept upto date from potential tenants to a moving date. I was most impressed with a document for signature signing, very quick and easy. How technology has moved on! I would recommend Belvior.
