Hello Caitlin, I am sorry you’ve scored us 1* and that you feel our fees are too high. As you may know, it’s a legal requirement for agents to display their fees in branch and on their website. This is for consumer protection. As this information is so freely available, we take the time to review the prices of agents locally. I’m proud to say that our prices are either very similar, if not cheaper than many of our competitor agents. I would beware agents with lower than normal fees, as you may find that they have a compulsory renewal process and that could cost you in excess of £100 every 6 months. Also, some reference release fees can be as high as £50! For particular properties (with us) there may also be administration fee discounts so if you find a property you’re interested in it’s always worth asking one of the team who would be more than happy to assist.
