GoogleI've just had my apartment taken over by Belgravia and I have to say they have been great so far. They have come in and straight away looked to sort out and fix issues that the previous letting agents ignored - even things that were like it from when I moved in, over 4 years ago. So I have been pleasantly surprised and can't fault the service I'm receiving and I would happily recommend them locally in Peterborough.

GoogleI stayed in Shelton House appartment for 1 year and had to say the team were exceptional. They were always available when needed and dealt with and identified issue in a really timely manner and with a satisfactory conclusion. They made me feel like I wasn’t just a paying customer but delivered excellent service with a smile. I left as I bought a property but I would definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend their use.

GoogleHave really let the property deteriorate. The pictures speak for themselves. Paying service charges for bin management and maintainence and Belgravia have just pocketed this money!! Let's see how fast they tidy up this mess. Unacceptable.

GoogleZero stars. Since being taken over by 8AM we have had nothing but issues with these guys. They're non-responsive or slow and reactive. Not good enough, we will be terminating our contract.

GoogleWe used to run the shared facilities of our block of flats ourselves as residents but as time went on, less and less flat owners were willing to help. The decision to engage Belgravia Block Management to act as building management agents was the best decision we ever made. They provide a professional but personalised service, bringing experience to help resolve some challenging situations over the years.
