I was totally out of my depth selling the only house I have ever sold which was my family home . It has been one if the most emotional times in my life for various reasons some bad and some very good .The team at possible have guided me through this with compassion and reassurance .There were a few bumps along the way .They are my only experience of using an estate agency so I couldn't compare but I would definitely use them again. At points where I couldn't understand something in the prosses at the solicitors end I would phone and they would give me an explanation that I could understand and I think it guided me to making the correct decisions.

We came to Possible after being disappointed with the results we were receiving from another Estate Agents and they were absolutely outstanding from the first interaction I had with Laura. They provided us with regular updates which kept us at ease that they were constantly working to help us get our property sold. Laura provided us with excellent advise along the way to help us get our property sold in the right deal which meant we could move into our new house which we are so grateful for. Selling a property is a daunting thought, but Gary and Laura made the process simple, clear and relaxed. Gary gave an honest, realistic valuation based on local area knowledge and extensive market research. The home report reflected Gary’s experience within the property market. The whole process was clearly explained at each stage by Laura who was very skilled and active in negotiating with potential buyers. She went over and above guiding me through each stage, even with external agents such as solicitors and surveyors, keeping me relaxed and confident. We have used Gary many times over the years and he stands out in his professionalism with a personal touch. He keeps you informed of what is happening at every stage of the process so any stress is taken out. When we were looking for a house move, we went to Gary with a wish list of requirements. He noted it all down and then in no time at all he had found us a place that ticked the boxes we had asked for. We were almost a bit unprepared for it to happen so quickly, but we viewed the property and were lucky enough to secure what has become our perfect family home. At the same time he was marketing our previous house and quickly got us the price we needed. Our first experience of selling property was through Gary, who knew it could be so easy!? From the initial meeting where he explained the local market, walked us through the sales process and gave us an honest explanation of the valuation, right through to the final stages of selling, he kept us updated and was always happy to answer any questions we had.
