Everyone at Possible were so supportive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Sale went through very quickly and easily. Would not hesitate to recommend Possible. GoogleOutstanding services and service provided by PerryBishop in Cirencester. Yes, we have a long relationship with them dating back to the early nineteen nighties, people come and people go. We would like to mention some current individuals by name: Stephanie McPherson, Lucy James and Cathy Sinnott, superb experience working with these professionals. They are very very good at what they do, it is refreshing, exciting and calming working with them - we feel we are in very good hands. We did our own due diligence and in our opinion they are the best estate agents/realtors in the region.

FacebookMy husband and I sold our flat through Possible in February, from start to finish they kept in touch with us, Laura was very professional when she came to value our property, she took her time and explained everything that would happen,when there was viewings they made a what's app group with you and kept us updated as to when there would be viewings and times, would definitely recommend them, thank you Possible, for making it Possible for us.

GoogleGary and team Possible are professional, communicative and pragmatic. They showcased my home making full use of features not mentioned by the other estate agents I approached prior to selling. Net result was a sale price in excess of what I expected and above guide and valuation. They know the local market though I wouldn’t hesitate to use them outside of Perthshire.

GoogleFrom start to finish the team at Possible were excellent would highly recommend . Gary came to give me my valuation at the start of the process and the team were always in communication. They set up a what’s app chat which is so convenient. My house sold in under three weeks with Possible. In what was hugely stressful and emotional the team made the process much easier . Gary and the rest of the team were always available and ready to assist us, from the first visit to the completion of the sale. We always felt very well supported to navigate a tricky market. Marketing and use of online channels were very important to us. The photo and video team did a great job, showcasing the property at its best in property apps and social media.

GoogleI really cannot recommend Possible highly enough! From the first point of contact they went above and beyond to do everything they could to help us. They were so upfront and honest about valuation, costs and the selling process in general I knew they could be relied upon and they had our best interests at heart right the way through our sale. The team were quick to respond to any questions I had (no matter how late in the day I contacted them) and having a WhatsApp chat to keep me in the loop was invaluable. I really feel that they are head and shoulders above other agents with their professionalism, honesty and local knowledge. GooglePossible sold our flat within two weeks. The whole team are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Laura was brilliant to work with, keeping me in the loop on every step of the process. Gary took really stunning pictures and Cloe was always a pleasure to deal with in the office. It’s the first estate agent I’ve come across that are genuinely excellent from start to finish. Most agencies are good and get you hooked in and signed up and then service levels slip and you no longer feel like a priority. But Possible is not one of them!! They are professional, efficient, helpful, friendly, prompt and brilliant from beginning to end. The service level remains high and I can honestly say they were a pleasure to work with. Thank you all very much.
