TrustpilotExcellent service every time from start…
Excellent service every time from start to finish. I have used them for almost 20 years. Buying, selling, leasing, their legal department and their financial department. All the staff are very professional and guide you through all the requirements. Nothing is too much bother for them. I know I am in safe hands and everything will be done exactly as it should be.

I have both bought and sold (2 houses) with Aberdein Consadine. I couldn't rate them highly enough. They've made the whole experience as stress free as possible. The communication has been fantastic. Alana and Jordan at the Edinburgh branch have been amazing as has Tracey on the legal side.

GoogleI was delighted with the service offered, which was friendly, professional and effective. As a result of the pandemic there were a number of challenges in our sale and purchase (including a buyer pulling out and resultant loss of our original purchase). However, at all times the team were helpful and provided sound advice. Would be very happy to use again.

TrustpilotDO NOT USE...
DO NOT USE.... Shocking service, impossible to speak to, they are so outdated that the phone line just rings and cuts you off, no queue system. Dont acknowledge complaints so legal ombudsman has been informed now. Seriously how can a massive banking organisation like Lloyds banking group use these as part of their service.

TrustpilotFixed rate
Greig has done a fantastic job once again with keeping in touch regarding our fixed price coming to an end. He has taken care of everything from shopping about , wirking out whats best. We have delt with Greig from day one 9 years ago and we have never looked back.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly team! Expertise and experience was evident when didn’t get given a near by sold price. The photographer was amazing, a lot of time and dedication. And the software for floor plan walk through is very competitive. Finally, in my purchasing experience, communication was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

TrustpilotHORRIFIC SERVICE
HORRIFIC SERVICE. Wouldn't use again if someone paid me to! Paperwork indecipherable with no guidance, helpline suppled just rang out for a whole week, spoke to a manager on the phone finally asking for help and she was so angry, rude and patronising. I am currently making a formal complaint about the entire experience.

GoogleThe AC office in Perth has handled the marketing and negotiation of my property sale with professionalism and empathy striking the balance between the buyers and sellers needs. I cannot fault any of the team as they kept me fully updated via online and direct channels. If you wish to sell a property in Perthshire then don’t hesitate in reaching out to the team.

TrustpilotAbsolutely abysmal service and no…
Absolutely abysmal service and no regard for their client. A simple remortgage process has taken them months, and when emailed (as they will not answer the phone), instead of admitting they dropped the ball and apologising, spend an age composing emails deflecting all blame. Wouldn't wish these lot on my worst enemy.

GoogleThe estate agency service was friendly efficient and helpful. The conveyancing service was very effective especially in a rather fraught conclusion caused by other parties' delays.
