GoogleReally poor customer service They lie. Give false bills to customers. Not uphold the written contract. Refuse to communicate. Bully vulnerable people. And give out protected GDPR information. Tk 3 Parties. Absolutely shocking behaviour and lowest of low as human beings go. Stay away from this company as the do not follow their own rules let alone legislation that has been put in to protect people.
**PLEASE NOTE. This isn't a Camel Homes Customer. They had dealings with Camel (Homequest) Lettings who are based in Allet, Truro. They are a completely different company to Camel Homes Perranporth and we have no affiliation with them. We don't do lettings at Camel Homes and Steven has commented on the wrong companies profile page. We have reached out via this other company and to Google but they will not remove the review, although it's 100% not related us or any service we offer. GoogleExcellent service and support. I sold my property, which was non-standard construction (mundic - very common in Cornwall) and so not mortgageable. Camel inspected the property and gave me a realistic market valuation and advertised the property. Camel found a buyer quickly, within a matter of weeks. Once the buyer was found, the very nice people at Camel were always communicating between me and the buyer and the two sets of conveyancers. I know that I found this communication very reassuring and I am sure that the buyer did, too. Both me and the buyer wanted the sale to complete asap and Karen and Bev at Camel both worked hard to push the conveyancers (who are notoriously slow) hard to get the sale across the line. I am currently in the process of buying in a different part of the country, not through Camel, and I can tell the difference between the service given by other estate agents and that given by Camel. I think Camel Estate Agents in Perranporth will be hard to match and even harder to beat.

A realistic valuation to start with (unlike some agents), good marketing and good local knowledge were helpful. Once the sale was agreed they were active in keeping the links in the chain firmly attached. Professional and friendly. GoogleJust to let anybody who is thinking of renting any property in Newquay to never even think of approaching Camel Estate Agents. The uncaring way the manager treats customers is totally rude which can lead to an extremely bad experience.
