GoogleProfessional support up to point of offer being accepted and then no follow up/support. Unresponsive to calls/emails from myself, my solicitors and my mortgage brokers. One progress update given throughout the 3 months prior to completion. When there was an issue in the chain in the last week prior to completion relating to my buyers( ie, who David Britton had introduced and therefore IMO should be resolving), it ended up being my mortgage brokers who sorted it and prevented completion day being delayed.NegativeResponsiveness, Value

GoogleExperience as buyers. Very poor, no knowledge of the property we were shown around, unable to answer a single question we asked (e.g which were the allocated parking spaces/how many, and various other questions). No offer to find out the answers and get back to us. Then when we went to put an offer in, discovered we had been completely misled and they would only pass on offers if people were in a proceed-able position. Complete waste of our time, and then essentially accused us of lying to get the viewing. Yet we have viewed multiple properties with them, and always answer the questions asked when booking re our position. It wouldn’t exactly do us any favours not to considering the distance we have to travel to view properties. What an utter waste of our time and money because they are not clear about their policies. I only hope the vendors are aware.

FacebookHouse sale started well with Elisabeth and Louise who kept us updated on a regular basis but that changed after the 14th August, we then had no updates and after calling the office the staff knew nothing about our sale and we had no further contact until our solicitor requested you bill. You staff didn’t even know we had sold and that completion occurred in October.

FacebookWe have just bought our home through David Britton Estates and we were very impressed with the professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness at the Penrith office. A huge thank you especially to Helen Hodgson who went above and beyond, she responded quickly to any questions and kept us informed and up to date. If Helen wasn't available I received friendly, knowledgable and swift responses. The whole team really cared about the service they provide. I would recommend David Britton Estates 100%.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through David Britton. What a refreshing experience, once our offer was accepted there was no back and forth/silly games like we'd had with other agents. From start to finish the whole process only took 7 weeks and we were kept well informed. We viewed 4 houses in total, 2 of these were through David Britton, and the all around service experienced was far superior to other agents. GoogleWhat is the point of a website full off houses that have been sold, in some cases months and months ago. Making it very hard to find an actual house for sale.
ALL sales on our website are current!!! It is not our fault that the solicitors have been slow at getting sales through! There is also a button on our website to take out sold property and see for sale only. Leaving a poor review for a small business is very disappointing because you firstly have not worked out the site and secondly not understanding the extreme amount of time pressure imposed upon us for reasons out of our control!
