The sales and site staff were/are excellent - Friendly, approachable and always responded positively to requests for help or information. The only downside for me was the pressure to complete which I understood but it added to what for me was a stressful situation.

Site team fantastic. Darren and Steve in particular. Sales team on site changed multiple times during purchase (span 7 months) so made it very difficult to get the right information at the right time. Overall the site team saved it, and the sales manager, Chris, was great.

We purchased a new property at The Mile Pocklington.There were some minor snags but were quickly sorted out and we found Linda and customer service personnel very helpful as well as the site manager. We would have no problem recommending a Charles Church home.
