GoogleRecently tried to use this agent to purchase a property. They messed us around and wasted a lot of our time. Originally they accepted my offer in writing, next step was that I prove I had a decision in principle and statement to prove equity that I provided immediately. Later that week theiy wanted me purchase without selling my property, therfore reneged from the original acceptance and sold to another party that week. Clearly they tried to use us as a fallback option. We will be taking to the property Ombudsman too. Please use this agent with caution and avoid Sam!I tried to give 0 star but the system did not allow :(

We followed all the necessary guidance set out by the estate agents code of conduct and having reviewed your feedback we feel your review is not an accurate depiction of the circumstances. In the meantime, I can assure you we did not confirm any offer you made was accepted and indeed we were waiting on you to provide the necessary documentation to enable us to recommend to our seller that you would be in a financial position to buy their property. Obviously, until we can confirm any buyer is financially able to buy a property, the property remains open for others to view and potentially make offers. This is simply the case here and nothing more. We communicated to you throughout the process when other interest and offers were made and unfortunately, on this occasion, our seller chose to accept a different offer from someone in a better position. GoogleLet me just say I wouldn’t even rate them a one star. December, 2021 I called Royston regarding a commercial unit they had up to let, I called booked an appointment with a women called Jade, who had booked me in for 12.30. I attended my appointment but was running slightly late so out of respect I called the office spoke to again Jade but this time around she wasn’t so polite the insisted to tell me I was completely wrong and that the manger had a bank meeting and wouldn’t wait longer then 5 mins. I tried to explain multiple time that she was getting my book in time wrong (12.15) as I had a confirmed message but she wasn’t having any of it. Nothing but Rude and quite frankly shocking customer service from this unprofessional women. I asked to speak to the manger directly who I explained the situation too and again he was understanding but his bank meeting was more important and expressed if I was long then 5 mins he’d be cancelling. I got tho the appointment 5 mins late of my actual booking in time. I was then given a mere 3/5 mins to look around and was also told the place had not had a single viewing in over 3 months. This all sounded very promising to me so putting to side the shocking service I still committed and went ahead. Rang back to the office to let them know I wanted to process, I was told I would hear back within 2/3 days. Called 3 days later after hearing nothing to be greeted by, yes you guessed it JADE 👍🏻 Again rude and no understanding of customer she told me that the place was let out the same day. Now I find this very amusing as it hadn’t been viewing in over 3 months but suddenly was rented out. That being that and after a shocking service I started my search else where, being WV1 it’s very hard to find commercial property and every time I looked online this property was still available even to today’s date. I called pretty much most months to try to speak to a manger regarding the property but every time I called there was never a manger available this was over 3/4 attempts. Until today 🙌🏻 After finally getting though to a manger I was told that unit which is still advertised and continues to be advertised has now been let quite funny. I wouldn’t use this company if you paid me shocking from start to finish. Stay well away.

We strive for nothing less than excellent service, and we always take it very seriously when we hear of any dissatisfaction from our customers. However, I understand my staff arranged a viewing on Friday 29 October 2021 at 14:15pm. Our accompanied viewer attended the viewing on time, but you were thirty minutes late to the viewing. The landlord decided to proceed with an application but the let had fallen through which is why we proceeded with further viewings, however, the property has now been let. Please can you call me on 01902 338185 and provide me with dates and times you called the office so that I can investigate the matter internally as I am unable to find your number on our call history log?
