From the moment we made an enquiry, Mel has been very helpful & went above & beyond to show us a variety of properties. Nothing was too much trouble & she was really informative. A very positive experience where we have felt very looked after & important to her. Other home builds should take note of this customer service as we’ve not had this level of service anywhere else. Just need to sell so we can secure our dream home!

We had a drive out to another development to view some of the show houses that could potentially be the one we would like to purchase on another development we like (bishops quarter) . Sarah was really helpful in showing us the site map of bishops quarter , different show houses to view and making appointments to view other houses at other sites. All in all a great experience and it’s only just the start. Thank you :-)

Thanks so much to Julie at Vanbrugh Gate! She guided us through the whole process and kept us calm, answering our every need and making sure the move happened as smoothly as possible, given that we were a complex chain. She was honestly the loveliest person we could have hoped to have had on our side. Our house itself is beautiful and on a great plot. We’ve recently purchased a house at Merlin’s Point (WSH). Our experience has been fantastic from the moment we stepped in for our reservation up to now (a few weeks before completion). Georgiana our sales advisor has been amazing, kept us in the loop through all the different stages of the house build and any concerns that we have had, have been dealt with accordingly and very prompt. Reserved a plot on the Summerville Village development and due to move in this week. I originally dealt with Angela who was brilliant and helped me find the perfect plot. I now deal with Bella the sales advisor who has also been amazing throughout. Answered all my questions and has been supportive every step. Always super friendly and helpful during meetings and is always at the end of the phone when needed.I was also recommended to use their solicitors on their panel - Jackson’s law and I’m so glad I did! I know most people don’t usually have great things to say about their solicitors but I can’t fault them at all. Daniel especially has been a saviour. No question is too much hassle and he has reassured me through every step.As stressful as selling and buying a house is, Bella & Daniel have made it so much better and the added reassurance has really helped.Can’t wait to move into my new home hopefully this week!

Her customer service is 5* she regularly rings to give me updates and keeps me onboard with everything that's happening with my new house! We first met Jane at the Desborough site who was so friendly and helpful and kindly asked Caroline in Barton Seagrave to show us around two houses so we could see the layout of the homes. Caroline went above and beyond and stayed one hour and ten minutes past her closing time of 5pm. Incredible customer service and so friendly and helpful. We will be back to buy one of her houses all because of her incredible customer service. What an incredible asset she is to have working for your company.

We have just moved into our new property on Brecks Lane Park, Rotherham. Jane our sales advisor has been fantastic throughout the process from the first day we visited site. She has guided us through the process of buying our new home and kept us in the loop every step of the way with weekly build updates. Even now we are moved in she is still there for anything we need. Lisa has also been great, our new homes coordinator. We part exchanged our old property and honestly this took so much stress out of moving. Lisa was brilliant when coordinating with ourselves and the solicitors and we couldn’t believe how smoothly our exchange and house move went. Andy one of the site managers has also been great and completed a thorough demonstration of our house with us before we moved in. Anything we have needed sorting has been sorted quickly and attentively. Jade our customer liaison manager has also been brilliant. She arranged to visit this week to check how we were getting on in our new house. She is super friendly and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable on any questions we asked. Overall our experience has been excellent right from the start with the team at Brecks Lane Park and we are super happy with our lovely new home.

After sales customer service is shockingly bad! 2 years of fighting for snagging issues to be rectified! Lie after lie from them. Calls and emails ignored. Appalling attitude from customer services team. Such a shame as we love our home and the area we live in, and would have otherwise been very happy! It must cost them more money paying customer services staff to fight with you than if they just fixed the issues. Extremely poorly run company!

TrustpilotWe have moved into draffen park
We have moved into draffen park. We have had a couple of issues like you would get with any new build. Lynne has been amazing. She has organised everything for us to be sorted so quick. She is honestly an asset to the company. We are also getting regular calls to make sure there is no other issues or anything that can be helped with. Moving in of course entails lots of boxes and rubbish and avant have put skips in our driveway for rubbish and took it away for us as well. It’s the small things that really make life that much easier. 100/10 would recommend an avant home. People are so quick to write bad experience reviews and you don’t get to see the good ones. But honestly this move and house has been life changing for us and we cannot thank avant enough for their help.

Avant homes and their staff have been absolutely amazing. Any issues are resolved very quickly and would like to mention Paul Anderson, who has been very crucial in completing some small issues. Everything has been completed and I am settled in my new home very well. Would recommend Avant to any contractor looking to contract building works especially for new homes. All the staff have been truly amazing from Site Managers to Builders such as Paul. Thank you to everyone :-)

Nothing ever was a problem, they went over and beyond anything that I could expect. They helped me with literally everything as a single person. We are possibly not far ahead enough with our sale at this stage, but will keep in touch about other plots we looked at (Plot 242?) near the green space. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Sales Management were amazing, the communication & support was great. Sales advisors were fab, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the experience they were providing. The process from first stepping into the sales office to date has been a pleasure. Customer care have been fantastic, especially Lyndsey. The response times to deal with any issues we had, have been outstanding, you can tell when someone has a passion for what they do and that was clear with Lyndsey. The site manager Jak has been great, pushing his team to complete outstanding issues and always on hand if needed. We still have a few issues outstanding but I am very confident they will be resolved to the standard we have received so far. Love the house, Love Avant - I couldn't recommend them more.

Went to see the development at Jackton Green to look to downsize. Was interested in a certain house type and plot. The sales person Colina was friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic about the development and easily put me at ease with the process. Arranged for me to see the house type in another development and gave up so much of her time to explain everything in detail. Cant commend her highly enough for the service she provided.
