Peter Alan Penarth reviews

Peter Alan appears to have gone downhill since being taken over. I viewed a property with these guys & made an offer.. I sent evidence of my sale & everything else I thought they’d need. No reply to emails regarding this. I waited all weekend.. I was promised an update Monday- that never came! Days went by.. Finally had a call to say my offer was accepted 😂 snooze you lose. Very frustrating & bought elsewhere.. I should have just been told owner needs to think about it, what’s so difficult about keeping perspective purchaser up to date! I DO NOT recommend! I would never sell with them.

My first house viewing with Peter Alan, Penarth was a very positive experience. Thai was an absolute gentleman and showed the upmost respect to the property, while showing us around. He clearly understood the details of the property and was very helpful in answering any questions. Impeccable service.

We recently went through the process of selling our house and purchasing another. We had the pleasure to be guided by Elle. Elle was not like any other agent we had used before. She was patient , knowledgeable and extremely approachable. I found it really easy to discuss any worries with her and she made the whole experience a whole lot more enjoyable. She gave us great ideas when viewing properties and we felt we were in very safe hands when she took buyers around ours. We couldn’t recommend her enough . A delight to deal with !

We recently viewed a property in Penarth, and were shown around by Thai Trezise. Thai was extremely helpful. Not only did he answer all of our questions as accurately as possible at the time of the viewing, but followed up our further queries with speed and accuracy. We were very much at ease in his company and felt encouraged by his commentary.

We viewed a property with Thai in Penarth. The booking process was really easy and Thai arrived before us ready to greet us. Thai was clearly very knowledgeable about the property and even offered some ideas when we were discussing converting the garage. Would certainly be happy to view more properties with PA based on this experience.

Had a viewing with Thai from the Penarth branch, very helpful young man, answered all our questions and seemed knowledgable about the local area, schools etc. Unfortunately the house wasn’t the one for us but wouldn’t hesitate to use PA again in the future. Thanks Thai!

Belinda and James in Penarth were both Excellent they saw us through the sale process, the ups , downs, trials and tribulations, any queries were dealt with immediately and more importantly they kept in touch all the way through, for which we are very grateful. Also Clair Barry the link between Peter Alan, our Solicitor and the Purchasers Solicitor is worth every penny the Lady is paid and more. Immediate replies to questions and kept us up to date every step of the way.

Rang Peter Alan to book a viewing and had the pleasure of speaking with Thai! He asked me what my requirements were, suggested alternative properties that I hadn’t considered and was really helpful. Definitely one of the best interactions I’ve had with an estate agent! Thank you soo much.
