GoogleWorking with Walker and Waterer has been fabulous experience. Jenna and Ben are out of this world. We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.

GoogleWe have bought two houses and sold one with Walker & Waterer in the last 8 years. Very professional and friendly. We would not sell through anyone else and always recommend them to family and friends. Their valuations are always realistic. Fantastic experience through every sale and purchase. They can’t do enough for you. Jenna and Ben are amazing!

GoogleThe team at Walker & Waterer were professional throughout the buying process, and believe me there were many twists and knots in the road! Kirby, Tom and Harrison stood out the most and remained diligent and professional at all times with excellent communication to all parties. What you have here is a quality team, with good local knowledge and a healthy dosage of empathy, which is important when experiencing what can be a very stressful time. Nothing is straight forward when dealing with people and property, and I highly recommend Walker & Waterer to anyone whether you are buying or selling.

GoogleWe used Walker & Waterer to sell our house in Whiteley. Of course, there are plenty of cheaper options available now but we really didn't want the hassle of viewings etc., and was impressed with W&W from the outset with their professional approach and open communication. Most of our dealings were with Kelly who was excellent throughout. She handled most viewings and provided us feedback, as applicable. Ultimately, our house sold in good time and that is all you can ask for. No hassle and we'd happily recommend Walker & Waterer to anyone looking for an estate agent for Whiteley and surrounding area.

Would highly recommend and if I ever move again I would only use Walker & Waterer. GoogleThought the house was up together and a good size, value for money. Unfortunately the lounge and kitchen weren’t quite configured right for us. After a lot of thought and discussion, we’ve decided it would cost too much and be too much disruption to make it have we’d like it. Sorry we are going to keep looking.

GoogleDue to some issues I was not very happy with the viewing. However the manager did contact me later and explained the misunderstanding, which I really appreciate it. I can say they are very responsive and care about their clients. Therefore I would definitely recommend working with them.
