Both myself and partner were very disappointed with the experience we had with this company. Not a single person in the lettings team seemed to know anything about the property we rented from the first viewing of the house we were told false information about what was included with the property and what wasn’t. And as we chose to leave the property one month earlier than originally intended we were then charged £640 for a “advertisement fee” (which was a repost on right move with the same pictures from the previous advert) which we were unhappy with but paid as we were leaving earlier than intended. And now it has been 3 plus weeks since we left and we still have had no sign of our deposit and again every time we call for an update we are told there is none. Overall we are unhappy with the entire experience

We recently bought a holiday park home via Walker & Waterer who were the vendors' estate agent. Despite the fact that the purchase price was comparatively low compared to standard bricks and mortar properties, the professionalism, consideration, efficiency, promptness helpfulness and empathy shown by sales negotiator Harrison was first class. He kept in regular contact with us through the transaction, which became unnecessarily prolonged, caused by the vendors, and he showed great consideration to us as purchasers. We would recommend this first class company unreservedly for sales or purchases.

We very recently sold our property with Karlie at Walker and Waterer Park Gate and bought another one on with the Whiteley Walker and Waterer team. I cannot recommend the service enough. They sold our existing property just over a week after putting it on the market! We felt that Karlie and Olivia were very much on the end of the phone and emails to offer support whenever we needed them for anything and were very proactive.
