Thank you for your review but perhaps you have us confused with another agent? I can't see that you have actually registered with us. Our fees to tenants are some of the lowest locally and certainly not excessive. We won't take a holding fee if the landlord has not pre-approved you. Unfortunately we have to list all/any potential fees on our website, which can look quite daunting, but not all will be relevant to you.
