GoogleUnprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Definitely avoid this agency if you are property searching in the South West of England. They will discard your application for a property without even notifying you, which is extremely selfish when their clients are most likely enquiring about multiple different properties in hopes of securing one. Disgraceful - avoid at all costs

GoogleThere aren’t words to express how above and beyond Robinson Reade went for us in the sale of our home. Not only did they sell the house quickly, to a cash buyer, at asking, but once the sale had happened they didn’t rest until completion. Robinson Reade have something I’ve never found elsewhere. A lovely lady called Donetta. Make no mistake, Donetta is lovely, but she also GETS. THE JOB. DONE. She doesn’t rest, working on both the sale, onward purchase and at times right up and down the chain to keep things moving, to keep you up to date, and to make sure the whole process is as stress free as possible. I’ve used Robinson Reade twice now, and though I have no intention of moving again, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Robinson Reade is great, Donetta is SPECTACULAR. GoogleHave had nothing but brilliant experiences with this estate agents! A few years ago I rented a flat through them and they were brilliant. Really responsive with queries! More recently, after my mum died, I was looking to put her house on the market. I initially chose to go with another local estate agents which was - to put it kindly - a total disaster. Robinson Reade took us under their wing at a difficult time and guided us through the process of putting the house on the market. The team worked quickly and the house was on the market within a couple of days with thoughtful and personal details. If I had a query at any point they were ready on the other end of the phone or responded to emails within a few hours! Ultimately, we have decided to move into the house ourselves and even then, Jane was so kind and supportive with our decision. Couldn’t recommend more!!! GoogleBack in 2015, Sharon, Claire and the team at Robinson Reade Ltd were our saviours. Due to unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves homeless during a house sale which went badly wrong, not arranged through Robinson Reade I hasten to add. We approached a number of agents to no avail, but the team at Robinson Reade were outstanding. They were totally sympathetic to our needs. They moved heaven and earth to secure us a rental at very short notice. A truly professional and quick response. Here we are in 2020 and I have an issue with an energy supplier dating back to 2015. We contacted the team to see if they could provide details of the rental dating back to 2015. Within minutes a confirmatory email was sent to us to forward on to the energy supplier. This is absolutely amazing and we cannot thank this team enough. I fully recommend their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Every member of the team we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and extremely professional, with special thanks to Donetta who held the sale together despite the COVID19 lockdown! Communication was maintained throughout the whole process and questions were always answered quickly. This was our seventh move and without doubt Robinson Reade are the best agents we have used. GoogleI cannot more highly rate Robinson Reade. The lovely ladies have been exemplary to this industry. I have dealt with a number of agents over my house sale and purchase journey, and no one has come close to Robinson Reade. Sharyn was my first point of contact, and she was just the most lovely person to speak to and view houses with - Sharyn, it was a pleasure! She managed to get us in to our perfect home before it even went on the market, and we could not be more thankful. From the moment the offer was accepted, we have had outstanding contact from Donetta, who manages the journey from offer acceptance to exchange and through to completion. Donetta is by far the reason we stuck out a 7 month long journey to purchase our home. Her efforts went far above and beyond what you would expect of any agent, and she is a credit to the company and an example of what other agencies should be aiming for. Most agencies do not give such a high level of post-offer aftercare, or even offer it full stop. For this reason, I recommend using Robinson Reade to both sell and purchase homes. You won't find a better agent in the local area.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used Robinson Reade in 5 years. They sold my house for me in just 2 weeks!! They truly are the best, most organised, professional and friendly estate agents I have ever experienced. If it's at all possible, they just keep on improving!! From start to finish they can not do enough for you. A special thank you to Claire who was even answering my late night emails above and beyond her duty. All the ladies in the office are able to help at any time and communication is fantastic. I am now dealing with the lovely Donetta, as my house is now in her hands until completion. I am kept updated at every point and have the new Mio app for extra updates and messages. I would highly recommend Robinson Reade to anyone who needs an honest and reliable estate agent!! GoogleRobinson Reade have been fantastic from the moment we had our first viewing. A special thank you to Sharyn who has seen us through several viewings and been very patient whilst we measure up space for a caravan! Also Claire who helped us on our last visit to Hampshire. It has been quite difficult house hunting in the area as we live over a 4 hour drive away but your team have been a great help and made everything run like clockwork. Would certainly use you again if needed and also recommend to friends and family.

It has been a rather long journey for us after a deplorable experience with another Locks Heath estate agent, but when we popped-in to Robinson Reade and met Emma we regained some confidence. Since then, working with everyone there has been easy, very professional, and so friendly. Special thanks to Donetta, Sharyn, Anita, Megan, Vanessa and everyone else. Being so far away, we could not have done this without their help, very willing support, and superb communication. Indeed, their service and support is second to none. Simply can’t imagine why anyone would use any other estate agent! We just wish we had come to them the first time around.

GoogleAlthough it took almost 10 months to complete our move Robinson Reade we’re brilliant throughout. Donetta, Sharon and Jane kept us informed of progress (ups and downs) all the way through. In all the houses we have sold and bought, these are the only estate agents that haven’t ticked me off; they definitely get my vote. Thankyou all for your perseverance.

Even-tough we have not rent the property letting department was absolutely fantastic with services provided. We have been treated with nothing but respect and honesty.
