GoogleWe enquired about a property through zoopla on Saturday evening, first thing Monday morning my husband had a call from Travis. He was quick to answer our enquiry and he was very understanding to our situation (heavily pregnant and homeless with a 3 year old). Getting a viewing for any property at the moment has been like gold dust but Travis booked us in for a viewing and said he would try to keep a look out for a house suitable for us, even if we didn't get this one. We had the viewing on a Tuesday and Travis knew how anxious we were, so he reassured us he would let us know either way by the evening, which he followed through with. We feel very fortunate that we got the property we viewed. Travis made the whole process easy and as quick as possible, he was happy to answer all of our phone calls and nothing was ever too much. So so happy we went through mid cornwall lettings and so grateful for Travis and his hard work finding us somewhere to live. THANK YOU!
