A big thank you to the team for all their help, patience, and kindness. The team helped us secure a fantastic property and have been so helpful and professional throughout, often dealing with me when I’ve been anxious and stressed but always making me feel calm and reassured. I’ve rented through a couple of other letting agents in the past and also had previously made enquiries with other local letting agencies, but I’ve never been treated so well as by the agents at LM Properties. From initial enquiry to move in they’ve been nothing short of excellent. As a tenant I’d recommend to anyone looking for a rental, and would also encourage landlords to consider this agency if keeping your tenants happy is a priority! Thanks again to the team!

We do not recommend this letting agency. We have been living in one of their flats for the last couple of years and when we first moved in and then in every house visit we reported mould in the doorway, but nothing has been done about it. We have also once been left without a working shower for five days before it was fixed.

Lynsey and the team were absolute stars in helping us sell our property. We had total confidence in them following up every enquiry and going the extra mile for us throughout the process. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a new Landlord, I was relatively naive to the letting process but LM Properties were extremely helpful throughout and guided me from the initial registration stages through to now managing my property. It was important for me to have property managers with good local knowledge and LM Properties definitely showcase this. As I do not live in the area, my involvement and communication is limited but any issues are swiftly highlighted and actioned appropriately. When previously dealing with tenant issues, they were great at managing the process while continuously updating me. I would definitely struggle to find a better service.

I rented a flat with LM Properties for almost 2 years and they were fantastic. Craig and the rest of the team were very helpful, quick to respond to any issues regarding the flat and are the first agency I've used that I would feel 100% comfortable to allow them access to carry out inspections if i wasn't home. Professional, friendly, helpful and can't recommend them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have bought and sold properties marketed by LM Properties and the service is second to none. Lynsey can't do enough to help and is always only a phonecall or email away. The whole team works well to ensure everything goes smoothly and I was kept updated at all times. Really happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

First class service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend LM Properties. I used LM Properties to put my flat on the market they provided a great service; updates along the way, professional listing / photographs, always provided viewer feedback and were always contactable when I needed them. An all round good estate agent 10 out of 10.

Always a pleasure to deal with as someone who does not rent from LM but lives above someone who does. Any concerns or issues I've had with neighbours have been dealt with professionally and with haste

Everyone at LM Properties made the sale of my mum's house so easy. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Genuine, experienced people doing a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
