LM Properties Paisley reviews

We rented through LM Properties for over 7 years across two different properties, and we couldn't have asked for a better letting agency. The entire team, and especially Robert, was absolutely fantastic from day one. They were always incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely cared about us as tenants. Whenever we needed help or something fixing, they sorted it out quickly and without any fuss. We have recently relocated across the world to Australia, and their professionalism and fairness all the way through to our final move-out made our transition so much easier. If you are looking for a trustworthy, straightforward, and genuinely helpful agency, look no further. Highly recommended!

We have just sold our property through LM Properties Paisley. The team at LM Properties (Robert , Craig and Brooke) are all very friendly and approachable. Nothing was a bother to them. They done a first class job and dealt with things in a professional manner, they phoned us immediately with updates or any relevant information. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommended them to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thank you

LM Properties are really a great firm. They are like a small and family-run business (although they are not family). They are always professional, really on the ball, and extremely helpful. I have worked with them for over 10 years as a property owner, and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a letting agent - both to owners and to tenants.

Thank you again for your help as always. Service received 10/10 Seamless process as always and kept up to date at every turn. Nothing could be done any better in my opinion and that is why we always come back to you and your team for all our property needs. Every single team member goes above and beyond always keeping us up to date with changes that may occur between tenants and answering any questions that may arise. Yet to meet one of the team that we don't like and is not nice and helpful. Thank you for everything and Keep up the amazing work you all do. Regards Richard and Pamela

Used LM Properties for just over a year for renting and cannot say a single bad thing about the company. Due to personal circumstances I needed accommodation at very short notice and the agency accommodated my needs very quickly and Robert and the team have been a pleasure to deal with from the beginning and I have had no hassle at all. Have had dealings with numerous agencies around the Glasgow/Renfrew area and have always had hassle with one thing or another so it's been a big weight off the shoulders finding a descent, reliable agency.

Lynsey, Robert and the team have managed my rental property for the past few years. They have been thorough, professional and have gone above and beyond to help during this time. When we decided to sell the property we had a very quick and easy journey from the moment it went on the market to sale agreed, which happened within 3 weeks at Christmas time. They worked tirelessly to get us the very best outcome and I am extremely grateful for their advice and hard work. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

The service received was very smooth. My only issue was asking info on previous broadband used at the property and not receiving an answer. I was kept updated regularly. It was disappointing not to have a basic TV aerial signal on arrival,(.Although the cause is yet to be established) and the landlords guidance sheet would have been beneficial on arrival. GENERALLY GOOD

We have used LM properties for several years as our letting agent but have recently used them to sell a property. The charges were clearly laid out and they did an excellent job in promoting the property and achieving a sale within one week of listing it. Would highly recommend the team at LM for your next property you want to let or sell.

Efficient, accommodating and professional, yet friendly, service with absolutely no hassle to myself. It was stressful enough to be selling mum's home so when LM Properties had the house advertised and surveyed within 2 days then under offer within the week, it was a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you Linsay and staff for an excellent experience.

A big thank you to the team for all their help, patience, and kindness. The team helped us secure a fantastic property and have been so helpful and professional throughout, often dealing with me when I’ve been anxious and stressed but always making me feel calm and reassured. I’ve rented through a couple of other letting agents in the past and also had previously made enquiries with other local letting agencies, but I’ve never been treated so well as by the agents at LM Properties. From initial enquiry to move in they’ve been nothing short of excellent. As a tenant I’d recommend to anyone looking for a rental, and would also encourage landlords to consider this agency if keeping your tenants happy is a priority! Thanks again to the team!
