GoogleWe would throughly recommend C&D to all. All staff where most helpful and polite throughout our whole moving experience ( which must be one of lives most stressful times! ). GoogleCowboy outfit, is an understatement Avoid using them where possible An absolute joke company Sad thing is though I’m not laughing Extremely poor service received. Fail to take note of your instructions Part time staff, working from home Office staff don’t return calls, Try again tomorrow is the usual statement But they fail to tell you that’s a waste of time as the person is off the next day. Here’s a prediction I bet they won’t be slow to present their bill. If I wasn’t so far down the road with my sale I would replace then with a more competent company Shame you have to give them any stars

GoogleIf i can give 0 stars i would definitely give that, honestly really unprofessional you make a request for a home report and never receive it just like they don't really care, they also offer viewings during working hours, majority of people who buy properties are full time working people. you ask about weekend viewings ah well they will give you times which does not work. i would advice people to stay away from this agency really

GoogleExceptional! We used Cochrane & Dickie recently and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the very first interaction with Ian Storrie I knew they would be the best estate agents. When the house went on the market we left everything to them. The marketing was excellent, with it all on line within days. They had multiple viewings arranged almost immediately. The continual follow up and feedback from Katie and others in the office was outstanding and we knew exactly what the viewers thought. They had generated significant interest and we had 20+ viewers within a week, we agreed to move to a closing date within 10 days and ended up with 6 offers all well over the agreed asking price. If you are looking to sell a property in Renfrewshire C&D service is head and shoulders above anyone else in the area. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I

GoogleWould give zero stars if I could. Whatever you do do not use these solicitor for house purchase. They did gave bad advice, did not check through everything and allowed the sale to go through without any certificates. Now left with a disaster of a property and liable for potential thousands of pounds of costs. Of course they won't admit their failings and have closed ranks. Check the top 100 solicitors online for your area, ask the law clinic, law society or citizens advice to recommend someone.

GoogleWould highly recommend Cochran Dickie if you are looking for an estate agent. Throughout the whole process of selling our house they were extremely professional, helpful and efficient. Our house sold within 2 weeks and it was thanks to the efforts of Curtis, Emma and Karen in the Paisley branch. The communication was excellent, we had daily contact from them throughout and they were so helpful, friendly, supportive and honest. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I was handed over to Katie who has kept me up-to-date from day one and has made what should be a stressful time , pain free. The marketing options were very competitive and good value for the high level of service that was provided. Prompt and precise communication at every stage kept me up to date with everything that was going on. At no point did I have to chase them for anything. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.
