Their team was great to work with especially Katie who went above and beyond and was extremely helpful We were kept fully informed at every step of the process with calls and access to the online portal meaning we were always fully aware of viewings and feedback from them, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. GoogleWe would highly recommend Cochran Dickie. This is our second time selling a house with them and each time we have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout. Special mentions to Ian and Katie who were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us to achieve our goal, most especially Katie who was absolutely lovely to deal with.

GoogleThis was simply the best experience we've had with regards to selling a house. We had every estate agent in Paisley out to tell us what they could do for us, but Curtis was the only one who was authentic, knowledgeable and confident in his advice. It was a no brainer to go with them after that first meeting. The photographer who came out was incredibly helpful and skilled, making the marketing run smoothly. A special mention also to all the lovely office staff, with a special mention to Katie, who was simply charming, down to earth and kept us abreast of every little part of the process. This is how all estate agents should be. If you want to be treated with respect and get the best possible price for your home, then look no further. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

His professionalism and experience was evident from the outset. Katie supported us, and the interested buyers, with grace and empathy, navigating the more emotional moments of the journey with compassion whilst keeping everything on track! GoogleI would highly recommend Cochran Dickie to anyone buying or selling a home. The whole team are friendly and knowledgeable and give your sale/purchase the personal touch. Within minutes of meeting Iain I knew I’d be marketing my property with Cochran Dickie. Katie was fantastic keeping us up to date and advising us as we went along. After speaking with Katie it just reaffirmed that I made the right choice in estate agent. I’d also like to mention Stacy and Emma who were also part of the team. Not only did I sell my home with Cochran Dickie, I also purchased a home they were selling so I can definitely say from both a seller and purchaser’s point of view how great team Cochran Dickie is. I can’t thank you all enough.

GoogleJust completed the sale of our property today. I can't thank Iain and Katie enough for all the hard work and effort not just ensuring the sale went smoothly but the most significant thing was achieving a far higher sale price than we anticipated. I would strongly urge anyone who is considering selling their property to engage Cochran Dickie. Listing your property with an "online" estate agent might be a few quid cheaper but these guys spent a considerable time negotiating with potential buyers and secured a sale price that exceeded my expectation, consequently after all the deductions of selling fees and legal fees we were considerably better off.

GoogleI asked Curtis and his team at Cochran Dickie to help me sell my bungalow which holds great sentimental value to me so a difficult decision. Katie has been so kind to me and made it so personal. I cannot recommend enough that you should ask their help if you either want to sell or buy. They have made it much easier than I expected plus I had an offer six days after listing.

GoogleI cannot recommend Cochran Dickie enough. They have been exceptionally professional and efficient in all areas of our house sale. They have went above and beyond to keep us in the loop, more often contacting us with updates before we thought to contact them. Their customer service is excellent and their expertise has made the whole process much less stressful than expected. Particular thank you to Katie who has been amazing throughout.

GoogleThe whole process was completed efficiently and with excellent customer service from all team members involved. Regular phone updates were given and anytime I called the office, my call was met with a really personal manner, making it seem as though, despite being a really busy office, I was the only person they were dealing with. Excellent customer service. The photos that were taken of the property were done extremely well, with the photographer moving items they knew would improve the photo. This was appreciated as I have seen property photos were evidently the rooms have just been photoed as is, with no concern whatsoever to setting them in the best light. Iain was friendly and professional and personable and ensured that all questions were answered patiently and fully. Katie in the office was an absolute delight on the phone and never failed to be cheerful, despite constant questions on my part.

GoogleWe've now both bought and sold through Cochran Dickie and we cannot rate them highly enough. As buyers they took the time to get to know our needs and our position and we were kept up to speed whenever matching properties were due to come to market. We've dealt with other agents in the past who have made empty promises of a similar proactive approach to notifying buyers, but Cochran Dickie are the only ones to have ever followed through. As sellers, Iain, Katie and the rest of the team made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Details of our upcoming listing were posted to social media within hours of Iain's visit, with the full listing live within a few days. Katie and the team at the office kept us updated by phone and email on any enquiries, as well as providing us with all information through their customer portal. The team were always on hand to answer any queries we had and guided us through each stage of the process, the result of which was us accepting an offer at closing date less than 2 weeks after listing. The service, expertise and professionalism of everyone at Cochran Dickie is first class. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleThis is third time I've sold via cochrane dickie and again they have surpassed my already high expectation. From day 1 the enthusiasm for the property by Curtis, Katie and Karen was infectious. Katie and Karen came out to personally view the property which was a service not offered by anyone else and added a personal element and a real feeling that the marketing was more than just another property being listed for profit. Marketed on Thursday night, 4 viewers arranged for Saturday and sold by 10am Monday morning. I was kept updated personally by Katie on the name and position of each viewer and then advised professionally on the strength of each offer. I can't recommend these guys and girls highly enough.

GoogleHighlights: -They sold our flat in a week -Sincere and professional service -Efficient and sensible organising of the different steps -Good combination of technology and personal contact keeping you in the loop We met with 5 different estate agents to get them to give a valuation and talk through selling our 2 bedroom flat. Cochran Dickie were the last we saw and they were completely different - in a good way. First, the other 4 agents: They were united by the fact they couldn't get in and out of the place fast enough. They asked pretty much no questions about the flat and it was straight to business, “here’s what we want you to pay us”. I recognise that in a flat like ours (Glasgow is full of them) they probably knew exactly what the asking price would be etc. etc., however, they are auditioning for our business and this is our most valued possession, they need to maybe just pretend to be slightly interested for a few minutes. Cochran Dickie: We met with Iain from Cochran Dickie; he came in and took up our offer of a coffee (the only person to do so) and sat and talked to us about our flat. He asked us questions and he seemed genuinely interested in us and our flat. This made us feel like we'd be looked after and involved in the process. Even though for him this was probably a run-of-the-mill flat he could market without even needing to visit us, that wasn't the point in the visit and he made us feel like we’d be in safe hands. On to the marketing of the house. We met with Iain on the Friday and he was back on the following Tuesday with a professional photographer and a surveyor (he organised it all so that we needed to be home for only one visit to get everything done). The flat went onto the market on the Thursday night, less than a week from our first chat. From then, Emma in the CD office took over and she and her team were first class at keeping in touch and coordinating. We had viewings straight away and we would receive an email telling us when someone had booked and we would also get a reminder text message for every viewer with their name and time. This made it straightforward for us to handle the viewings ourselves. In amongst the viewings, I spoke to Emma probably every day on the phone and she would give to-the-point updates, guide me on the process and keep the forthcoming viewings in order (especially once people started doing second viewings and asking questions). So, we went on the market officially on the Thursday and were able to set a closing date the following Wednesday. We received 10 offers on our flat and were happy to accept one. Overall, the whole process worked out that I spoke with Iain on the phone on Tuesday of week 1 and we had officially accepted an offer by Tuesday of week 3: 14 days, that’s how long ebay recommends when you’re trying to flog a pair of shoes! Thank you to the professional and courteous team at Cochran Dickie. In a world of digital estate agents, they demonstrate what a difference a personal touch, good organisation and expert knowledge can make to the stressful process of selling your home.

Despite this, albeit cautious, I proceeded to purchase the property and found that she failed to act on reasonable requests, and quite nippy in her replies, to the point I was for pulling out of the sale due to her attitude. If you are selling, I'd be mindful of going with this shower as they are not the best at keeping buyers or potential buyers on-side. Their client was lucky I decided to proceed to be honest.. and that was nothing to do with the property and everything to do with the attitude of the "negotiator" Sellers beware!

GoogleThe team at Cochran Dickie were excellent and very friendly - we dealt with Lorraine in the Cardonald office and she was always in contact with me letting me know what was happening with the sale of my house - couldn't have asked for anything more from her - we used Lyndsey as our Solicitor and she managed to get the sale of the house completed in spite of the errors that the buyers solicitors kept making. We used Cochran Dickie on the recommendation of one of my old neighbours - they sold 2 houses in my street in record time and over the asking price. Thank you

GoogleWe have used Curtis for all 3 of our past house moves and he has always delivered. His market knowledge and expertise is second to none. The photographs in our brochure were outstanding and within 36 hours of the house going on the market we had 4 viewers and a formal offer. The rest of the team in the Bridge of Weir Office were also so helpful and friendly, wouldn’t use anyone else than Cochran Dickie to sell houses, they are fantastic.
