A recent example being I asked for some missing items from a legal pack and that was rectified within 24 hours. The auction process itself was extremely efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI found the staff at Auction House Scotland to be extremely helpful. I was delighted that they managed to secure an offer for the property in line with my expectations within a week of instructing them and without having to wait for the auction date, particularly given that the property had been listed with 2 separate agents previously and had been marketed for ten months with no interest whatsoever
