GoogleI have agreed to purchase a property through Auction House Scotland and have found the staff to be professional, courteous and responsive. They made an effort to complete the missing sale particulars and they contacted me when the vendor had revised the price target. My only criticism was that the standard automatic messages which were sent to bidders interested in the property were misleading. Upon my inquiry, the staff gave me the right information.

It seems that they don’t like answering tricky questions about properties. Especially ones that have already sold on Savill’s….not good. Can’t make an informed decision without certain information even at auction. Disappointed.
