From the very first moment Lynsey came to value our property, we felt completely confident and reassured that we were in the best possible hands. She did absolutely everything she said she would do and more. Lynsey achieved an incredible price for our home, far exceeding our expectations, and even now I still can’t quite believe she and Jamie managed to secure the exact figure we were hoping for. Both Lynsey and Jamie were beyond proactive throughout the entire process. Their communication, dedication, and determination never wavered, and it truly felt like they cared about our sale as much as we did. Unfortunately, the journey wasn’t plain sailing when our chain unexpectedly collapsed, which was incredibly stressful. However, once again, Lynsey and Jamie stepped up without hesitation, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and achieved yet another fantastic price for our property. I honestly cannot thank the team at Connells enough, especially Lynsey and Jamie, for all the help, support, and hard work they have given us from start to finish. Because of them, we are now able to move on and go and live our dream, something that would not have been possible without their commitment and expertise. I would highly recommend using Connells to sell your home. We have just sold our house through them. Jamie is particularly supportive, staying on top of everything and chasing down the chain. It was a very stressful time and he was in constant contact with us and kept us calm. Lindsey was brilliant covering for Jamie at times and kept me sane! Jordan & Jess were also extremely helpful and were mainly responsible for showing prospective buyers around. All were very professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate using any of them again.

Fiona (mortgage advisor) at Connells and Jamie pulled off something that we thought was impossible. Fiona handled everything wonderfully and was a part of us buying our first home from the very beginning to the very end and I really don’t think we would have got anywhere near completing without her. Jamie managed to get us the house we really wanted within the budget we had. Communication was great and any snags were dealt with quickly, which kept the whole process as smooth as possible which at the most stressful time is what is so needed. Our solicitors were also through Connells and overall we are so glad as inexperienced first time buyers to have kept everything within Connells. We are so happy to have completed today after setting out to buy a home just 6 months ago. Huge thank you to Fiona and everyone at Connells for making this families dreams come true!

So my rendering experience at the start was hard going to different viewing and locations but myself and my partner found a beautiful place in Paignton Preston area with Connells and Tara Portsmouth our estate agent has been absolutely fantastic if we was ever stuck about anything I would phone and Tara would always help out she is amazing at what she does and without the help and support from Tara myself and my partner would of been stuck so if anyone is looking to move and want help with doing that then connells is by far the best Again thank you Tara for all your support it has ment so much for myself and Rebecca

I arranged a viewing for a rental property and had one within 2 days of the original enquiry! I cannot praise the girls in the rental departments highly enough. All were extremely friendly and helpful. The viewing itself was a lovely experience. The staff are all very professional and all contact has been as promised, including messages, emails and phone calls. Although we suffered two chain collapses, the Connells team worked tirelessly and always found a new buyer within a week or two. Jamie - the branch manager - kept us well informed of progress whilst Lyndsey gave us good advice on sensible pricing in a challenging market. Jess conducted most of our viewings and was outstanding in her ability to engage with potential buyers and answer their questions knowledgeably.
