GoogleHaving completed the sale of a property in Paignton, Devon on the 08/03/24 I have no hesitation in recommending Bradley’s Estate Agents in Paignton. The staff at this office are extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly. Once I had engaged their services I had nothing more to do and the whole experience was stress free. GoogleHaving decided to put my house on the market I contacted Bradleys Estate Agents at Paignton for advice. They were absolutely brilliant, explaining everything to me, offering excellent advice, and coming out to take video and photos of my property, which was all very professionally done. Whenever I have contacted them whilst they have been advertising my property, the whole Team have been so helpful, polite and very supportive. GoogleAn amazingly smooth and quick process to buying a house! I found the whole process really easy with the help of Bradleys estate agents. If I ever needed to contact them, it was so quick and someone would always respond in a timely fashion. An agent was always happy to arrange viewings or access to the property where ever possible and it was lovely to know that my transaction was being dealt with personally. Thank you Bradleys for taking the stress out of moving!

GoogleBranch were very good to deal with, but the department that deals with property management are appalling, ill informed, not compliance aware and downright rude. Shame as I have used the company for purchasing property before but it seems this 'local' company is becoming more like the faceless corporate agents every day. Certainly wont use them for rentals again....
