GoogleI didnt find them very professional at all. I got laughed at down the phone twice today for no reason. At first I thought someone in the office had made him laugh before he picked up the phone to me. Then I was explaining that a property needed decorating and got laughed at again. It has put me off using them to find somewhere.

The landlord didn't show up on the day, so we didn't have any details for him either. Pretty appalling really. Would not recommend.
