By far the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with Their communication is not just poor. It is non-existent when it matters. With the first property, they asked for my circumstances and promised a viewing. After that, they ignored my calls and only responded once the property was already gone. With the second, they confirmed a Saturday/ Sunday viewing and knew my situation. I paid to extend my hotel stay just to attend. They never sent an address, never confirmed anything, and never showed up. I was left sitting around with no explanation. This was not a one off mistake. It was careless, dismissive, and a complete waste of my time and money. They are unprofessional and unreliable and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you’re a women trying to escape a situation I highly recommend do not waste your time with this company. If I had gone with any other estate agents I would have been able to leave my circumstances now instead of sitting around waiting. This was a big waste of time and has impacted my mental health.

You won't find a better estate agent than Chris at Lloyds. The process of putting our house on the market was quick and efficient, and buyers started looking the next day. The sale was tricky at times but Chris went above and beyond to keep everything on track. Communication is friendly and professional and all the staff are lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and Lloyds to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. Thank you!

From the initial phone call to arrange a valuation to handing our keys over on completion the professionalism of all at Lloyd's has been second to none. Always contactable for advice, updates or as a soundboard they are a pleasure to deal with. I particular Chris is a credit to the business and can't do enough to help which having dealt with other estate agents in the past he is a breath of fresh air.

Lloyds staff very nice polite staff, As for price's after looking at all in the area I found Lloyd's to have the best price for selling, I'll let you know after the full experience how everything went. I cant say much more than only use Lloyd's Estate agents if you're thinking of using anyone, Best in Warrington. Branch manager Mike from Ashton estate agency refused to sell us the house at the price we wanted. On the same day, we visited Lloyds estate agents and they had no problem with the price we asked for the house. After 3 days we sold our house for a price that Mr Mike from Ashton didn't want to accept. Big thanks to Lloyds Estate Agents especially to Chris. Professional, friendly and very helpful. tried to call to view a property as I work during the week and am unable to get out of work to make viewings. I said I can do Thursday as I am off work but they were unable to extend the viewing day by 1 because the interest it costs lloyds to keep it on the market. the manager was very rude and claimed there was nothing more they could do when really they could which was to let me view it on Thursday. the manager made it very clear that the property will be let by tomorrow and said so that means he has done his job well, never mind trying help potential tenants.

Their fast & efficient Tenant-Finding service was amazing. I let 4 properties in less than two months in November & December using them. Payments were prompt, service was friendly & helpful but not pushy as I did not require the many other services they offer.
