GoogleThe worst customer service. I booked in for a physical viewing of a house I was interested in. After which I rang again to book in an additional virtual viewing of the same property as I didn't want an offer to be placed before I got a chance to see it. Someone called Richard spoke with me and said the virtual viewing would be fine and that he would speak to his colleague Lewis to get this done for me. This was all at the start of the week, After me chasing Richard via phone several times to get the virtual viewing sorted, I get a call from Lewis, telling me the house I wanted to get a viewing for has now got an offer and that the offer has been accepted. So because of the mis-communication and non-effectiveness as professionals of Richard and Lewis, I have lost out on a property I was really interested in. I will not be bringing any of my business to Stanbra Powell - keep up the poor work.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAdam Prewer and Martin Upton have recently helped me with the sale of my property, and in looking for my next project. Both have have been incredibly professional, honest and knowledgeable- not to mention patient with my many questions! They're just really decent, helpful people. I can't recommend them and the rest of the team at Stanbra Powell enough. It's been a real pleasure working them and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

GoogleI used the Stanbra Powell letting team to manage my property when I rented it out, and then their sales team when it came to sell the same property. To say that this company is superb is an understatement. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They know the Banbury/North Oxfordshire sales and letting market so well, and their professionalism is second to none. They always responded to my queries and requests promptly and courteously, and went above and beyond my expectations to help in every way. If you are looking to rent, lease, sell or buy in this area, there is no other company I would use!

We dealt with many members of the team, from office to field, and they all made us feel at ease about the process, and that nothing was too much trouble. GoogleI cannot praise Stanbra Powell highly enough in the sale of my parents substantial family home. From the moment of valuation to advertising to closing the sale all the communication and support from our agent Adam and the office staff on the telephone was efficient and professional. My father was helped to purchase an onward property which was no easy task with his specific needs but again the tenacity and patience of Stanbra Powell made the transition seamless. Highly recommendable.

GoogleI have used the services of Stanbra Powell for many years now, both for buying and selling. I can honestly say that they are first class. Martin Upton has helped us a lot with fair, reflective valuations and constant support throughout the process which to be honest can be fraught with difficulty at times. I think the fact that they are so established locally enables them to know the market and offer a personal service second to none. I would strongly recommend them as an ethical and fair estate agency service.

GoogleStanbra Powell did a fantastic job for us - we sold our house within a week for asking price in a challenging market. I also bought the house from them 5 years earlier and as a buyer they were also honest and easy to deal with. I only engaged with Martin directly, who was superb, but over the phone the whole office was extremely professional and helpful As a seller, they were competitive on price, but more importantly they know the area as a specialist local agent. Online services may cost a bit less but they don't bring the expertise and commitment that Stanbra Powell did. Next time I sell house I will certainly use them and would recommend them unreservedly.
