Martin and the team recently sold our property in Banbury. From start to finish they were extremely professional and always on hand to take us through the process. We had lots of issues with a buyer in the chain and Martin worked tirelessly with solicitors and other agents to find resolutions and ultimately get it over the line in an extremely pressurised deadline. Martin and Julie were amazing in the recent sale of our property, they worked tirelessly and I am sure Martin never sleeps as I would get updates evenings and on his day off. Stanbra Powell treat every client sale as if it was their own, nothing is too much trouble and if it wasn’t for their hard work, tenacity our sale would never of gone through. Stanbra Powell will see your sale and purchase through from start to finish, they dont hand over to contact centres who have no relationship with you once the sale is agreed which happened within our chain, a woeful inept estate agent was involved creating more issues than we all needed which Martin and Julie had to resolve for them ! a solicitor who was based hundreds of miles away to add to all the other issues, all these months later we are now on our way to start a new chapter in our lives. There are no words I can say to express how superbly well we were looked after through one of the most stressful times with an extremely complex house move. From a tenant of over 6 years. Stanbra Powell are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Absolutely everyone there has always been so good with everything and anything, but particularly Chloe and Alex who I've been fortunate enough to deal with most. I have been under terrible letting agents in the past and have dealt with many others who are just out to squeeze every last penny from you, while passively reminding you that it is not your home and you're on borrowed time in theirs. Stanbra Powell are absolutely at the other end of that scale. Overall, I found Stanbra Powell helpful and knowledgeable, and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, which was great. That said, as the sale went on, it did start to feel like their main focus was keeping the seller happy rather than making sure both the seller and buyer were happy with how things were progressing. I understand they work for the seller, but I think a bit more balance and communication between both sides would have made the process a lot smoother.

From the first experience of booking to view a house, we were shown round with good knowledge of the area, backed up by the historical value of the house and potential improvement ideas for the property based on experience. I felt I received personal treatment throughout the purchase. I asked lots of questions and asked to view the house on 2 other separate occasions and each time the service was incredible. We have recently brought our property through Stanbra Powell, we dealt with Martin and Luisa both we're very honest and handler our chain effectively. It did feel like a slow process but this was solely down to the mortgage lender and Solicitors. In the latter stages we thought it wasn't going ahead as our Sellers we're delaying slightly but thankfully Lusia was supporting us and was pushing for the sale to go through. Lusia, was the 'go to lady' who was discussing back and forth with our Solicitors and our Sellers Solicitors. We were so thrilled that we got the date as our son at 10 months was able re-join his nursery.
