GoogleWe bought our first property with Stanbra Powell and I'm extremely pleased about it. The property they marketed was in good condition and properly advertised. Adam was clear and extremely helpful from the property viewing until the keys handover. I believe the key to a great service is in the small details and Adam did just that when he handed me also a small surprise apart from the property keys. I was in a long and tricky chain, and all through the process, they were on hand to offer advice and support. I found their local knowledge and in-person contact invaluable. I really appreciated how they went the extra mile, along with the local solicitor they recommended for me (and was a perfect fit for my needs, which emphasises why I would suggest listening to their advice).

Richard Locke was my point of contact, and I found him easy to talk to, and more than anything he really listened to what ever I was asking and answered my questions with clear concise answers. Through both the buying and selling experience, Martin, Julie and the team were fantastic with a friendly, yet professional approach. GoogleWe sold our house through Stanbra Powell during the most difficult time possible. With Corona Virus and lock down, it was certainly challenging. However, Martin and Julie in particular, who handled our sale, were absolutely amazing. Despite very difficult circumstances, the sale was relatively smooth running and the whole team went above and beyond in their duties to us. I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you want an estate agent that will give you the best service, then you need to use Stanbra Powell. They are professional, curteous, helpful and extremely kind and understanding. From the initial evaluation right through to completion, I felt looked after and fairly treated. Stanbra Powell are a fantastic team to have on your side. It has been a stressful process, but not because of Stanbra Powell. They have done everything in their power to make this as easy as possible even during the most unusual and trying times we as a nation have ever faced. GoogleWe have just purchased our first home through Stanbra Powell , after using many different estate agents to view properties through we found this the best estate agents by far, they took the time to recommend and guide us every step of the way as first time buyers we needed this to give us the confidence to go ahead and buy.During the viewing our estate agent Lewis was amazing giving us the right amount of space to view the house in our own time whilst being there to answer questions and offer guidance when needed , we didn't feel rushed at all and it definitely helped towards us making the right decision. Also feeling able to contact him at any time throughout the process has been a massive help with any worries we had during the biggest purchase of our lives. We cannot thankyou at Stanbra Powell enough for helping us buy our first home. Expecially to Lewis for all his patience and help .

GoogleEarlier this year, after having sold our home with Stanbra, we hit a very difficult time - our buyer had numerous issues (unfortunate choice of conveyancing / solicitor) if it hadn't been for Adam and Julie, I think I would have lost my mind! Adam was supportive, professional, and went above and beyond to help us - and Julie is one of the most friendly, professional, and tenacious people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with - no matter how many calls I made, I always felt that they wanted to help resolve everything and worked tirelessly to make our move happen! We are now living in our perfect home thanks to them as I'm certain we would have lost it without everything that they did!! I can't recommend Stanbra Powell highly enough!!

GoogleI canβt speak highly enough of Martin and the whole team at Stanbra Powell. We both bought and sold with them. None of the stereotypical estate agent cliches - and trust me, we saw plenty of those elsewhere! Martin is a lovely chap - very easy to get on with, straightforward, prompt and helpful. GoogleWe purchased our home originally through Stanbra Powell back in the late 90βs and the transactions were dealt with in a most professional but friendly manner. Just over twenty years later we had no hesitation in choosing Stanbra Powell again to sell our property. Adam and his team were most supportive when things didnβt quite go according to plan but following an initial disappointment, the property was re-sold in matter of days and the sale went through without a hitch, while doing so Adam even took the trouble to negotiate an improved deal with the developer of our new home above and beyond expectations. They are a great team, they would certainly be my first choice again and I can thoroughly recommend them.
