Poor service, bidding against the wall is the norm .Beware they charge estate agent fees from the buyer and not the seller!Post sale service is poor with no response to calls, emails or texts.Consider other Auction houses which I have used with much superior service and not as costly.

GoogleI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Savills in Summertown. Don't bother with any other estate agency. I have used lots of estate agents over the years (to buy and sell) and I have always found my experience pretty terrible. That's why I was completely delighted to experience a fantastic service this time. Definitely worth the money. In particular I would like to single out Nicky Quentel who has been truly amazing. GoogleSo far the best service I've experienced from a letting agency. You can definitely see the difference in their quality and professionalism compared to the other big agencies. My partner and I had a problem when we first moved in to our new flat and the team took care of it immediately. Summertown branch is very kind and easy to communicate with. They told me the seller would consider offers within my budget, but then once I’d been to view it and showed interest they said the seller wanted more than my budget. Complete waste of a 3 hour round-trip during a pandemic with no explanation or apology.

GoogleWe completed on a house just over a week ago under extremely stressful times with the current pandemic - but Savills were absolutely brilliant to deal with. Nicky in particular went above and beyond to make sure we got it over the line, keeping in touch daily, chasing solicitors as well as being a supportive ear when things were getting too much! A real gem at a time of stress & uncertainty. Wouldn’t hesitate to use in the future.
