I lived in an apartment managed by Penny&Sinclair for three years, and the service was outstanding throughout. Their apartments are top-notch truly some of the best properties in Oxford. Rebecca was my first contact and she was amazing. Cindy then took over, followed by Jo, who was fantastic as well. Even when I had to involve TDS for my deposit, Jo responded promptly, checked on my wellbeing, and guided me through the process. She explained things I didn’t understand and continued to support me even after the resolution. Jo also helped me organize when I mistakenly sent parcels to my old address and assisted with references whenever needed. I would absolutely use Penny Sinclair again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My experience renting a flat in Summertown through Penny & Sinclair with Chelsea was very pleasant. On the day I stopped by, I could luckily see the room. All paperwork was smooth, timely, and convenient, as they offered an online contract. She was responsive and considerate of my enquiries wrt the contract. Also, she negotiated the rent fee payment schedule with the landlord on my behalf. Although it was just 2 weeks to move in since I decided, everything went on as scheduled. Plus, I got a surprise gift of a welcome box and a bag lastly. The room and landlord are also lovely so far. Strongly recommended.
