Nicholas Jones Residential is an excellent letting agent for both landlords and tenants. I was a longstanding client of an established independent Oxford agent which went seriously downhill after being sold to a chain. I am so happy to have moved to NJR, where I get a reliable, consistent and personal service. Communication is superb: emails, texts and phone calls are always answered promptly. Maintenance is well covered as are all aspects of compliance. Nick combines integrity and empathy with outstanding attention to detail and efficient, streamlined systems. I cannot recommend NJR more highly.

I (Romana) have been with Nicholas Jones Residential since Nov 2016. Prior to this, I was with another letting agency who had not managed my property properly and had created a lot of stress for me. So finding this letting agency was such a timely relief. I use their fully managed service and have experienced no issues at all. Nick Jones and his team are professional and very knowledgeable. Nick is amazing as he has been so helpful, reliable and provided me with peace of mind. He has also managed to find me very good tenants who have paid the rent on time and maintained my property in a good condition. I would highly recommend Nick Jones (owner of this business) to anyone who needs a letting agent to manage their property. He and his team provide a personal service and listen carefully to any of your specific needs. They are different to other standard high street letting agents. We have worked along side Nicholas Jones Residential for a number of years; In the first instance just using their Tenant Find Only service. We were impressed from the first property we gave Nick so continued to pass him the remainder of our Portfolio as and when it came up. Nick and his team have consistently provided a professional and impressive service, achieving great rental prices with fantastic tenants (who look after the property) in a timely and stress free manor. As the portfolio grew, we no longer had time to manage it ourselves; Given the experience we had received so far, we were more than happy to pass this over to Nick and his team. We have not regretted that move one bit. It’s hard to find an agent in Oxford as conscientious and hardworking as Nick and his team. We would truly recommend their services to anyone looking for help with their properties from a company who genuinely care about the tenants, the property and the Landlord. I highly recommend Nick and his team. I was an accidental landlord due to circumstances beyond my control so felt nervous about letting my home and really wasn't knowledgeable about what to do or how things work. Nick communicated clearly and swiftly and was always up to date on the ever changing legal rules and regs of the rental sector. I used the full managed service and feel he did everything he could to provide reassurance and peace of mind. In particular, he was an excellent guide and advocate when it came to handling a minor dispute with tenants. I greatly appreciate his efforts and would encourage anyone to use his services.

Nick was absolutely terrific during the whole process; we were a bit of an oddball case with things being rather up in the air. We were a couple with a six month old baby looking to move home over the Christmas period which (as you can imagine) was not the easiest of times. After being let down numerous times by other high street agents, we came across a property that Nicholas Jones Residential was advertising that we loved the look of from the pictures. We were keen to view as soon as possible. Nick, despite being at capacity for the day, went above and beyond and booked us in for a viewing out of hours for that same day. We fell in love with the house and decided to go ahead. From the initial viewing to the handover of keys, Nick went out of his way to meet us in convenient places for different Right to Rent checks, and the signing of Tenancy Agreements and ALWAYS responded promptly to any questions we had for our Landlords. He showed not only professionalism and expertise but also a genuine care for our family in what would have otherwise been a difficult and expensive move had we chosen to rent through another agent. Three years later, despite our home being Let Only, Nick is always there to answer any queries we have. I can not recommend Nicholas Jones Residential highly enough.
