GoogleGreat experience overall with Knight Frank! Professional, competent, courteous and most of all, knowledgeable! I used them both times, to buy and sell properties and found their approach extremely effective. From a start to finish William and his staff were paying attention to our needs and goals. We turned to them on two occasions and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market and is looking for a no nonsense, direct approach.

GoogleKnight Frank provided a highly professional, friendly and competent service when we recently needed to sell my mum's house in North Oxford. They achieved what I am sure was the best price attainable and in a short time. The commission rate was competitive especially for an International firm of this stature. Good initial advice was given by the partner William and once marketing had started our main contact was Sam, who was most helpful and competent. I would also add that Knight Frank acted for my brother-in -law on a similar executor sale and achieved very good results.

GoogleWe chose William Kirkland and Knight Frank as sole agents to sell our house and are extremely glad we did so. William provided an object lesson in management of people (including the sellers) and in finding solutions at short notice when problems arose. He achieved a sale well above the asking price in little more than a week. In sum, he is a master of his difficult craft and the man to go to. Of his backup team, Annie Graham, Samantha Young and Harry Sheppard also deserve special mention.
