I am very happy with the attention Alexandra Crocker, Emily Hughes and Harry Crookenden are given to me in regard to the short-let tenancy of my flat.Any issue I have they try to solve immediately .I recommend John D Wood for the very professional and experienced people they have.

The worst of all. Penelope Leng showed me a property that is not ready to move in. And the renting price is increased when I told her that I want to rent. I don't know the company but I know the letting negotiator who made me unhappy about the whole experience.

J D Wood let my flat in Weybridge. The bad tenant Chris Witts stopped paying the rent and left the flat damaged and very dirty. He would not admit his financial responsabilities, luckily I was able to recover the debt from the deposit through mydeposits.

What a joke! The epitome of bad and distrustful estate agents. We arranged a viewing with the Esher office and no one showed up- no email,text,call, WhatsApp- to even tell us they were late or having to cancel. And worse still- the property we arranged to view and sat waiting for 20 min was already sold.

It was an unusual house which Guy marketed so well and got the very best publicity, including an article in The Mail on Sunday, with plenty of viewings and a very satisfactory sale. GoogleThe property management side of the business is good. I'm renting a property on which some recent work was done to the bathroom. JD Wood (Carol) was responsive and efficient in arranging the work, and the contractors they used also did a good job.
