GoogleBad agents, they need chasing up and they are particularly bad at answering emails, they lie to you about various aspects of the tenancy and provide awful contracts so that apparently its okay to leave you with no house months after paying for it to go off the market and weeks after signing a contract. Awful service. They also refuse to adapt their system of giving you less than 24 hours notice of a viewing and tend to ring last minute before closing despite knowing earlier so that they've left the office before you can ring back to question, debate or refuse something.

GoogleHutton Parker have been managing my property in Oxford for a number of years whilst I have lived overseas.
Their tenant recommendations and overall management of the property have been excellent.
They have provided a very personal level of service, which I found was lacking in my previous letting agent.
They have provided good feedback on the condition of the property and made recommendations when required on upgrades and maintenance.
Overall I have been very satisfied with their service and I would recommend them to anyone letting a property in the area.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. I've never encountered such rude, hostile, lazy, unreliable people in my life. Hutton Parker made my life a misery. I lived in a flat under their management for two years and they have a total lack of respect for their tenants. Do yourself a favour and rent with somebody else. These guys are crooks, to say the very least.

GoogleThere are plenty incompetent letting agents in Oxford but this possibly is one of the worst. Every time I phone it's like dealing with kids. Don't expect any level of professional care or communication. They literally come to work to get paid and have no pride in their jobs.

GoogleDealt with them everything ran smoothly after a previous tenant pulled out of a letting. I was delivered the documents as I was housebound and everything was done via phone an email apart from official signings. Reputable and decent.
The only concern I have are these negative reviews clearly a lot of people have no idea how the cut throat property industry works. It's not all fluffy.

GoogleThe worst ever! I book a viewing with them and they didn't put me on the system I left my job to be on time, I'm a nurse and they don't even appreciate that , they said oh you can leave your job another day so you can see the property. Very bad attitude and completely unprofessional

They way over charged us for cleaning and replacing things.. and their staff even stole the bikes we had arranged with them to leave there for a while.
