I had an excellent experience with Hunters/ the Lettings Agency in Greenwich, London. Shane (Senior Negotiator) is extremely helpful, very friendly and highly professional. Shane offered excellent customer service.Also very transparent and no hidden charges at Hunters. Based on my personal experience with Shane at Hunters I would highly recommend Hunters. GoogleWantonly take advantage of tenants - changed their name I believe because the brand had got so bad. But same people working there... the man is the worst: the sort of grim-faced worm you might find pushing itself through a rotten peach. Face like a melted candle. Avoid.

My partner and I recently bought a property that was sold through Hunters Thirsk. We had to stick to a very tight deadline, but the team made it work! They answered all of the questions we had and were incredibly helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Has caused nothing but stress and disappointment. Staff seem clueless, unprofessional and non caring. They will never get back to you or keep you updated on your application. So if you do want to deal with them be prepared to make A LOT of phone calls. Personally i would avoid at all costs and go elsewhere!!!

Disgusting customer service. I've just called to book a viewing on a rental property and it sounded like the person was on loudspeaker - I could barely hear them and kept asking them to repeat themself. Then they informed me that it was for families only and slammed the phone down on me.

We are absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated regards to renting a property through hunters.We were told a move in date only to have it changed last minute and changed again after booking moving van and getting deliveries organised to come the next day.I will never use hunters again.

Hunters BlackpoolThe sales staff are loud, pushy, and act like a bunch of failed double-glazing salesmen desperate to close a deal.The office staff are incompetent, can't take messages, calls are not responded to and wrong information given out.A big fat zero for customer service skills. Just plain rude.I wouldn't recommend them to sell a garden shed.

Please avoid. Hunters seem to never answer there phones and especially never return calls. When you call for viewing they always say waiting for the current tenant for dates, they take your detail but never contact. What a waste of time. Landlords beware! They are taking your money!

Very unhelpful and ignorant staff who work in the offices who dont even Acknowledge that you're there when you walk in. Would recommend avoiding dealing with these at all costs.
