Disgusting service. Have all sort of issues around my flat that this company is stealing as they are providing no service to us. Yet to find someone competent in this company.

GoogleThe worst agent I ever met. They never answer phone calls or emails. They say they contacted the landlord and landlord refused to pay the repair while we figured out that no one actually contacted landlord. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away from this agent.

Have used Andrews since 2008 to manage a property. Have always found them professional, friendly and helpful. They have always managed to find tenants and so the property has rarely been vacant. Their managing of repairs or any kind of decorative work has been excellent. Would recommend.
