I contacted Andrew’s as I was Interested in a property they had for sale. Spoke with Nancy and arranged a viewing. Fell in love with the property so ended up putting an offer forward. Being a first time buyer can be quite nerve racking but with the service I received from Nancy this was made a lot easier and put me at ease. Great, friendly customer service which made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase.

GoogleA positive experience. I was speaking with James who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful answering all the questions I asked, however small. At the very beginning I was indecisive on how to go about the whole process, and if I could actually afford to buy in Oxford. James provided quality advice and crucial information that allowed me to finally buy my first property! He kept the communication lines open throughout the whole process which took months, and provided reassurance that everything is coming together, a pleasure to deal with. GoogleI originally wrote a good review after being prompted to by one of the letting agents (I expect a lot of the good reviews here are the same). However, the service I received since my review has been very poor. Allen and Harris have been fully managing my property and for the last 6 months I haven't been receiving rent on time once. Supposedly the reason recently has been because they've had issues with their financial systems. They have never rang me up proactively to explain this, I always have to chase them for my payments. I wouldn't recommend their fully managed services as a result. They get an extra star because their sales department seems to be operating a lot more efficiently.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
