As first time buyers we were rather unfamiliar with the process of buying a house but the small and friendly team at Round & Jackson were extremely understanding and communicative throughout the process. We will be recommending them to anyone we know who is buying or selling a house and if/when we come to sell the house we have just bought, we will be using Round & Jackson.

They kept me and the vendors in touch throughout the process and certainly helped smooth what is a very stressful path. Very professional throughout the whole process, from the first viewing right through to completion. They worked really well with my agent and my solicitors too. They are also appreciate the stress and strain that moving creates and help to support too. GoogleChain fell through a number of times but Round and Jackson never gave up. They were brilliant from start to finish, polite, honest and helpful. Can't fault them at all, best estate agents in Banbury. Next time we move we won't bother to get 2 or 3 agents round, we will go straight to Round and Jackson. Definitely a five star estate agents.
