GoogleWe looked hard at 3 estate agents to let our rental property. We chose Halls and they have been superb throughout the whole process, from start to finish. Hayley manages the Lettings team, but all at Halls in Oswestry, including Dan, Fiona and Steven have really been great. They have had a terrific speed of response to all aspects of the process, which has enabled us to let the property out very quickly indeed. Everything has been very thorough too, ensuring a great experience for us as landlords, and hopefully the tenant too. Would highly recommend.

GoogleThey are the best estate agents I have dealt with. I have bought via Halls and sold 3 houses via Halls in Oswestry. What is so important is a) do you follow up and b) when you get to the end game negotiation they are on top of it. Cannot fault them, all credit to the team. They sold Smithy 290K Stonehouse 750K and now Bostock 950K, (and they are reasonable, but if they were the same price as S&P I would still use them).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
